Hot tub was nice, cabin was somewhat difficult to find the address doesn’t come up on the gps. The mattress and pillows need replacing and the cabin needs a good cleaning. There was a lot of dust and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Overall it was decent.

Good property for a couple. Good kitchen set up with reliable appliances. Only concern would be insects in the cabin, but seeing that your in a cabin in the woods, bugs are to be expected to some degree.

The location is excellent. Walking distance into Gatlinburg is fantastic. Counters, bedding, linens, all clean and nice. The cabin itself needs a deep cleaning. Walls and floors were somewhat dirty. It's a cabin.. in the woods.. i get it. But it needs sealed up and treated for millipedes and spiders. We killed a lot of them. Please add a broom and dustpan to your cabins. I'd stay again.

It was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. Hot tub was great too!

Quaint little cabin for two.

My husband and I needed a quick get away and this fit the bill. We loved the access to the hot tub on a separate deck. it was quiet and relaxing for us. Aunt Bug’s was wonderful to work with. Fun staff!!

Convenient and cozy

A nice little place just off the strip. Equivalent cost to a hotel with much more to offer and privacy. The only thing wrong was the light on the hot tub did not work and the chemicals were off.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself is in good shape. The kitchen could use better silverware and the stove was very old and could use replacing.The towels and the quilt on the bed could've been cleaner. The pillows were shot and should be thrown out. The outside green area between the cabins was trashed with debree from the recent metal roofs that were installed on the cabins. We were surprised to see that we weren't really secluded in either the mountains or the woods.

Not horrible....

The cabin was not horrible. Would we stay again, possibly but needs some updates. Its a little tricky to find at first but in a good location close to everything. Would be hard to get to in the snow. The cabin did look like the pictures but a lot of updates are needed. The eyes to the stove were broke and you cant read the thermostat. The bed sags towards the middle so you are sleeping sideways some. The back door knob is loose, falling off and the grill is very outdated and not able to use. Overall not horrible but definitely needs some attention. Also not a deal breaker but the christmas decorations were still out and my husband put them in the closet. They were not plugged in just sitting around like someone started to put them up then quit.
