GREAT location! Directly across from Coligny Plaza and the BEST oceanfront view. The condo was nicely updated, well maintained, and had everything that you would need for a stay. The owner was very easy to work with and was a text away for any question. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Views, Great Location!

This place is such a gem. We had a wonderful stay! The villa was clean, bed was super comfy and the location was perfect! Quick walk to the beach. Listening and watching the waves during the day to stargazing at night, view from the balcony did not disappoint. Short walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping, great restaurants and good ice cream. Had a mishap with the provided beach chairs and Teresa was kind, understanding, responsive and more than accommodating to get things taken care of. If you're keen on cooking, will need to bring your own condiments. Overall, would stay here again and definitely recommend!

Great location!

Great Location! Love being able to hear & see the ocean! Across the street, Coligney Plaza has everything we need. Terese is wonderful & I'm sure this unit is typically cleaned thoroughly. Mishaps happen & we would definitely use this unit again upon availability.

Our place was exactly was in the description online. Perfect for three of us. View of the ocean was gorgeous. Location to local shops and restaurants was walking distance. The host was responsive and timely to all messages

Perfect Location

This property is exactly as advertised. The property was clean and check-in/check-out was very easy. Parking on the property was great. The security officer was friendly and helpful when we arrived. I don’t know if this unit has the official title of “best view of the beach,” but I don’t know what could beat it. Absolutely perfect for morning coffee and sunrises. Walking access to anything you could need for shopping, eating, and groceries/supplies. Teresa was great with communication and managing our stay. If we come back to Hilton Head in the future, this is our spot!

Great Condo - Great Location

Teresa the property manager was excellent to work with! The condo is clean and comfortable, and the view can't be beat. Everything was exactly as described and two minutes from the room, I could be on the beach or in a cute shop, or a great restaurant. It was a fantastic trip!

Very nice condo directly on the beach! Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfortable. Teresa was very helpful and responds promptly! Highly recommend!!

Great location and view

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping and a grocery store. The view from the balcony is great. Owner was very attentive as we were there during hurricane Helene. Thankfully we had very little damage and was was constantly checked on by the owner. Would definitely rent this condo again.

A fantastic view of the ocean from private balcony. The property was clean and provided a great place to stay near Caligny Plaza. Teresa was a great host.

Beautiful oceanfront property!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here, the room was super clean, all the amenities we would need and most of all the amazing view!! Teresa was so helpful from the beginning, ensuring we had a pleasant stay even gave us dinner recommendations, we will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The direct OCEAN VIEW was wonderful. Everything was exactly as shown. Communication was excellent and had zero problems!! This was our first visit to Hilton Head and hopefully not the last.

Two words, "Ocean View"

View was great, the property was clean and appears to have been recently updated. We had everything we needed for a great stay. It was our first time at Hilton Head and we weren't familiar with the area, but we chose a great location. Our host was great to communicate with and shared some recommendations for great places to eat.

pictures are inaccurate

The condo is beautiful and the views are awesome. The property manager was on spot with a welcome and letting us know about an accident blocking the bridge getting onto the island. She responded quickly when needed. The only downfall to this condo is the patio. The pictures show a hightop table set for dinner with the view of the ocean in the backgroung. We paid the extra money for ocean front only to find a small roung table and two short chairs on the patio. The safety rail is about 6 inches thick and is just the right height for your eyes. In order to see the ocean we had to stand. we were not able to enjoy an ocean view dinner on the balcony unless we wanted to eat standing up. Looking around many patios had the high top tables. Would suggest this owner purchase this or change your on line pictures to show what is really offered. We will come again to this resort but not to this condo.

Amazing Views!

We have stayed at this location several times before but this was the first time in this particular condo. It did not disappoint. Especially loved that the screen doors didn't have blinds (windows were tinted to prevent folks seeing inside), which meant that the incredible view was always there! Would definitely stay there again.
