Newly Remodeled Luxury with Breathtaking Ocean Views!

Experience the ultimate beach retreat in this stunning, newly remodeled villa, where luxury meets the sea. This exceptional one-bedroom unit features a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautifully decorated living and dining area designed for relaxation and style.

Additional bedding includes a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, ensuring ample space for your stay. Step out onto the private balcony, furnished with bar-height furniture, and take in the spectacular ocean views that will make every moment memorable.

This end unit is located on the top floor with some of the best views in Seaside Villas, and features upscale furnishings, central air with a Nest thermostat, and a gourmet kitchen with Samsung appliances.

Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villas is just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza. As an oceanfront property situated about 70 yards from the beach, it offers both stunning vistas and convenient access to the island’s best attractions.

You won’t want to leave this coastal gem!

The unit is perfect for two people - spotless, beautifully decorated, and great location. Bed is very comfortable and renovations to the unit are thoughtful.Hallways in the building are a bit musty but it did not take away from our stay.We did a staycation as we are local and were happy with our choice.

The condo was adorable! It was clean, it was updated and in a great location. Did I mention the view? You have views of the Atlantic Ocean. We could walk to the Coligny Plaza which is only about a half a mile away. Checkin was easy too. The place is cozy but has plenty of storage. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with supplies for what we needed. Definitely would like to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was a bit smaller than I expected, but was well equipped and had everything we needed. The balcony view is amazing. You do have to stop by the property management office for check in which is different than what we are used to. However, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
