24 hours before our arrival, we were informed that there were "electrical problems" with the apartment and as such, we would need to be housed in a different place that would be the same or superior in quality to the one we had originally reserved. This was not, at all, the case. We were provided with apartment in a different neighborhood and the flat was so dark that were unable to stay there, because we needed to work. I immediately requested a change, and not until a week later were we provided with the apartment we had originally reserved. On the day we moved, we were told by more than one worker of the company that subcontracts this apartment that our original reservation was far superior, and that guests had been staying there for the time we had reserved. On numerous occasions I tried to contact Emilio, the person in charge of our reservation, but he failed to answer my messages. I feel that were scammed with no kind of compensation in return.
