Would not stay again and would not recommend

1. The property is above several restaurants and the main restaurant fume chimney is right above the second level, every nigh the apartment was filled with smoke and fumes form the cooking and the place really smelled bad along with all of our clothes. 2. To enter the apartment you have to climb 50 very steep and narrow stairs, we did with two 50 pound suitcases and nne of that is mentioned. Location is great, apartment is clean but teh two issues above are show stoppers for any future visit.

Dear Alan, Thank you for your review. In Your Opo Apartments we work very hard to provide our guests the best experience possible in Porto. We regret to know that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. From the moment you visited us, we went to check the issue reported and apparently there is no smoke that causes damages to our guests stay and thsi was really the first time that someone informed us about it. Regarding the entrance and the stairs, as these are typical historical buildings, there is no possibility to change the stairs to something different. Also, it is shown oh the photos as we are very transparent about our products. We hope to have the possibility to welcome you again in another Your Opo Apartment. Your Opo Apartments
