Great apartment for us (2families each 2kids) for a week

Great apartment for us (2families each 2kids) for a week. Has all you need in the kitchen, beach in front and beautiful sunny terrace. Rooms are in the back so quieter and separate by entry from spacious living room and kitchen area. We would definitely come back!

Lots of space and perfectly located flat in Porto Pollenca near to the centre and beach. A noisy backyard as two restaurant gardens were located below three of the bedrooms and as the seafront rooms had no aircondition and the balcony no sunshade they were rapidly heated in mornings.

Superb beachfront location with fabulous balcony views.

Really enjoyed the situation and ease of entry to the apartment. (Key Lockbox) it was very quiet at night yet close to the central buzz of Porta Pollenca -we liked the outside road closure in the evenings to an exclusively pedestrian area. Apartment has a slightly dated interior (kitchen and bathroom fittings )but is very clean and tidy.

Lack of amenities and other issues not worth crazy price

This apartment was spacious and had a great location, literally across the street from the beach and steps away from many restaurants and bars. However, there are some major issues. For one, for the outrageous price our family paid, we expected that we would at least be provided amenities. Upon arrival, we receive a tiny paper bag with one tiny bar of soap, one trash bag, one dish pod and one washer pod (for a family of 6 for 5 days!). This is obviously a management company doing their best to cut costs in order to make the most money. Second, there is A/C in each bedroom, but not in any of the central areas (kitchen, living room) which makes them hot boxes during the day and not usable. A simple fan or two would have made a huge difference. Third, we were required to take the trash and recycling out before checking out. I've been in countless rentals before and never had to do that. Not a deal breaker, but definitely an inconvenience. Again, especially when you're paying SO much. Fourth, you're only given one key, but the door can't be unlocked from the inside without a key. So if your party wants to split up, some staying behind in the apartment, you either have to leave the door unlocked, or lock them inside. NOT SAFE! If you choose to leave the person staying behind with the key, then you have to call them when you're back and they have to come down to the street to let you through the first door. It was very annoying with such a large party. We could never split up. Overall, with the price we paid, it wasn't worth it. My brother stayed 3 doors down on a side street on the corner apartment, while still getting an ocean view, and paid 1k less than we did! So for this outrageous price, lack of amenities, and other issues, I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Sehr schöne Aufteilung der Wohnung

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und wunderschön. Die Wohnnung ist für eine Familie sehr praktisch aufgeteilt. Die Schlafräume sind von den Wohnräumen durch Türen abgetrennt. So können Kinder einen Mittagsschlaf halten und die Eltern den schönen Ausblick genießen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.
