The apartment Catalina 2B tres dormitorios is located in Port de Pollenca, right beside the beach. The modern apartment with a fantastic view of the sea consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, air conditioning and a television.

Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private, covered terrace where you can watch the sun set behind the horizon.

In just 2-6 minutes walking you will reach restaurants, cafes and bars and the nearest supermarket is a 4-minute walk away (300 m). In less than one minute walking you will arrive at the beach Platja d’Albercutx. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in 48 minutes (63.5).

Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The apartment has a step-free interior. There is an elevator in the building.

The apartment is in just the best location with an amazing view from the spacious terrace. We spent most of our time out there including meals. There is access to the sea and a little beach right outside the building and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the all the amenities in the town and along the sea front. Plenty of room in the apartment, good amount of kitchen equipment and really appreciated the air conditioning! The week went all too quickly but we would love to come back.

Apartment is lovely, but bathrooms not very clean. Crockery missing.

Pros: The views are wonderful and the apartment is very comfortable. The wifi code was totally wrong but quickly supplied after phoning. The crockery inventory was not correct and there wasn’t one knife that would cut anything so had to buy one! No containers either. The location is perfect and has several restaurants close by. We did feel that the towels were a little small and thin, but that’s being picky. We were happy there. Cons: The thin towels, dirty stained toilets, no bread knife, the fact that the lift stopped short if the ground floor so we still had to heave cases up several steps. Should be mentioned on the brochure.
