It was spotlessly clean, and was pretty spacious and well located on the water front.The views of the harbour and coast were to die for, although we did miss the fact there was not a balcony but this did not detract from the experience. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anybody

Our second time to this apartment which surely means we truly liked it . Very Clean , TV , WIFI , CD / DVD all excellent .. Kitchen equipment really good with electric hob , cooker, micro wave , dish washer, washing machine and fridge . Plentiful supply of hot water and a good shower all accompanied with excellent views of Brixham harbour and view over the water to Torquay . The only downside is the climb up four flights of stairs , no problem if we were a little younger but now in our 70`s we found it a bit of a struggle . Excellent in all other aspects ..

This is the perfect getaway place.

This is the perfect getaway place... You park the car up and never need it until you leave... Walking and public transport are perfect for getting around.. and I challenge you to find a better prawn cocktail than the one they serve at the prince William....

Excellent parking facilities and all the home comforts. The manager of the property was very helpful, contacting us the day before and ensuring we had milk for arrival. We believe however that it is a bit of a stretch to advertise balcony/outside space. It is not really usable and is certainly not private. There is a table and chairs provided to use on the balcony, BUT it is a shared balcony and is the only access/walkway to the next door flat and you have to move all of the furniture in order to allow those occupants to come and go and for this we mark it down.

Good apartment within easy reach of the harbour. Didn’t find a decent pub in the town or quality restaurant. Very expensive restaurants for what is offered. Tourists ripoff town.
