Very comfortable and peaceful

This cozy place is perfect. Could not fault it. Views are stunning, and its within easy distance of several towns like Totnes and Torquay. Nice to have such a comfortable bed too.Definitely come again

Very clean, well appointed cottage in a beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay very much at this very clean, well-appointed cottage with its lovely location and gorgeous countryside views. The host is so friendly, welcoming and prompt to reply to questions. We have no hesitation in recommending this property!

Enjoyed Devon in November

Our stay at Bulleigh Park Farm was a wonderful week in a central location for many interesting day trips, even in November. We appreciated Angela's personal guidance about places we could go, and her help in getting us a booking at the local Bickley Mill inn for dinner our first night (and we went back twice more!). Brief navigation of narrow Devon lanes can be involved to get to Bulleigh Park Farm, and to visit some of the points of interest, but caution and prudent speed make them manageable. A great place to stay, with lovely scenery, and a gracious hostess. We are considering a return trip in 2023.

Lovely farmhouse location

The owner accommodated us at very short notice when our plans fell through & was very friendly and helpful. The rental was clean & cosy with all you need for a short stay. The view from the rental is amazing and it’s a short drive to all the area has to offer. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location fabulous hosts

The property is in a fantastic rural location with lots of wildlife to watch out for. The owners are very warm and welcoming. Be sure to try their Dexter beef and fresh eggs!

Wonderful

My family had a fantastic time here. The cottage was perfect, love that it is self catered. Location is very accessible we found it very easy to visit surrounding villages. Aspect is just stunning! Angela was very friendly and accommodating ❤🐓🐑❤ We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Beautiful cottage beautiful views

We stayed for a short weekend after finding on H&A and loved the pictures which are a good representation of the property. Angela met us on arrival and was very attentive and showed us round and providing coffee, tea and milk. Angela also provided a cot and train set (which I personally enjoyed) for our toddler. The area is wonderful and our child enjoyed the wildlife and us the views. The apartment is cosy warm and has everything required for a comfortable stay. The price is good value for money. Thanks Angela for pleasant stay.

Beautiful Little Cottage, Stunning Views

A little cottage, all on one floor, attached to the farmhouse. Clean, tidy, well-equipped, peaceful, quiet, easy to find, with the most stunning rural views from one of the bedrooms, the living room and the decking area. Good bathroom with fabulous shower unit. Angela was friendly and welcoming - perfect. Thank you.

Phil and Angela have been traditionally farming at Bulleigh Park Farm since the late eighty's. We farm sheep and cattle, one of the breeds we keep is the Devon Closewool, which are now a rare breed. Our daughter is the 5th generation to be involved with this breed of sheep. Our family have farmed the land for over 100 years.

Sustainable tourism has been at the heart of every decision made for the tourism business since early two thousand. The Farm tourism business was the first working Farm in England to achieve a Gold Award for Sustainability.

Bulleigh Park Farm is traditionally farmed with rare breed sheep. The land has been farmed by the family since 1904. Sustainability is very important to us as we want to look after the environment we live in for future generations.
