Deluxe penthouse apartment in one of St Andrews' prime buildings. The apartment is tastefully appointed throughout and comfortably sleeps 4 in one double bed and one double sofa bed (in lounge). Head up the one of a kind spiral staircase to a rooftop terrace replete with its own seating area and BBQ.

The apartment is situated at the top of the main stairwell, up two flights of stairs.



Upon entering the apartment, a hallway leads to the living room/kitchen at the front of the property, a shower room, and the bedroom at the rear of the building.



Town centre location, 10 mins walk to Old Course, 5 mins to the beach. Supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk.

Very nice. Great vibe.

Pleasant and very comfortable. Updated and tastefully decorated. Nice bedding. Great location. A bit more compact than I expected, but I'd happily stay there again. Note to VRBO--no one responded when I was having difficulty checking into the property. It should be made clear that there is a separate management company which you have to create a separate app in order to communicate with management (which was closed--no after hours response to our calls). Details were issued earlier, scattered among multiple marketing emails, the VRBO app and the management app--hard to navigate. We almost had to check into a nearby hotel because no one responded to assist with our problem while standing out in the freezing cold/rain late at night. Luckily, someone familiar with the building helped us.

Cute place in fantastic Location

We loved the views of St. Andre’s Cathedral and the sea. This third floor apartment was just the right size for my husband and I for a three night stay. The overall apartment was very clean but the furniture upholstery could use a little spruce up

Well-appointed, cozy and great location in St. Andrews

Beautifully designed, beautifully decorated, well-appointed and very cozy, clean apartment in St. Andrews. Amazing location with a wonderful roof top patio. We only had two nights in St. Andrews and the weather did not let us enjoy the patio, but I imagine had it improved, we would have spent our evenings up there. I spent the evenings and mornings enjoying the lovely window seat with the wonderfully warm wool blanket and pillows watching the rain and the activity of the street below. There were very good instructions for all the workings of the apartment in a binder and a visitors guide we appreciated. If we ever have the chance to return to St. Andrews, we would absolutely look to stay here again!

Great place

Cute place. the temp control a little confusing No plug in bathroom, but nice mirror in the bedroom with a plug. Only issue was not sure how I would get deposit back. It still hasn't bee posted.
