Perfect

Great apartment, really clean and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and there’s a good sized balcony. Augustin and Rosi are lovely. It’s well located for shops and restaurants, large pool and grounds well maintained and very secure. Bus stop is nearby with very regular and cheap buses . Would definitely recommend and we would definitely like to return soon.

Lovely pool

The property was spacious enough for 3 persons. I was happy with it in terms of safety , noise and proximity to restaurants . If using public transport ( like I did) to go to popular places , I'll say it's a bit too far ( 45 minutes to 1 hour ). If you book this property agree to meet with the property manager in front of Don Palia Hotel , it's easier for everyone ( for the taxi driver , for you and for the person you're about to meet) because the google map sends you much further from the property.

Faultless accommodation

From the very first point of booking onwards, communication with Ana was fast, friendly and fun. The accommodation was spotless and by far the best equipped that we well travelled couple have experienced. Here are a few things that we don't often get and which Ana and her delightful parents Rosie and Agustin provided: Ice cubes in tray already made; washing up liquid; tea towels; hair dryer; washing machine;iron and board; coffee maker; multiple cooking implements; soap in the bathroom; sandwich maker; microwave. All the fittings are high quality, the beds are comfortable as is the sofa. The wi-fi is fast and faultless as is the Smart TV. About 200 yards outside the gated and safe residence is a run of 5 or 6 excellent bars and there is a supermarket nearby. Within a mile or so there are many shops and restaurants and I really liked the whole area - which is called Ten- Bel and is quite cosmopolitan. Many Brits for sure, but also Belgians for whom the area is named, Germans, French and others. I highly recommend it all and suggest you book Ana's apartment quickly before word spreads too far ! We'll be back

Standards have slipped.

We stayed here last year and it was wonderful which is why we chose to stay again this year. Booking and check in was fairly streamlined. When we arrived there was quite a smell from the drains and a cover of dust, the shower cubicle surround was very marked, the floors needed mopping, the fridge needed cleaning and the towels which were beautifully white and fluffy last year were quite grey. Consequently we did a clean before we unpacked, this required a trip to Hiper Dino and we put the towels on to wash and bought bleach for the drains. There was only one set of bedding which was on the bed so if we needed clean sheets, we had to wash them and they would be dry for our return in the evening. As we stayed for 16 nights I would have hoped for a spare set. In addition the pillows did not have covers on and were quite stained. The apartment is very well stocked and has good WiFi and a smart tv however the sofa (which I assume is a sofa bed) is covered with a nylon cover which is not particularly comfortable or inviting. The apartment is very secure and the swimming pool is super. Unfortunately lots of residents have dogs and cats but don’t appear to pick up after them so there was quite a lot of dog mess this time and one resident left his dog out and it barked all night. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants nearby and a great bus service. The kitchen units are really modern and plenty of hot water is available. The balcony has sunshine in the afternoon

L'appartamento è in una buona posizione raggiungibile facilmente con autobus alle più vicine località turistiche. A poco passi dal residence vi sono supermecati, ristoranti, negozi.

Os anfitriões foram muito simpáticos. As fotografias correspondem ao estado do apartamento, boas áreas, limpo e confortável. Tem um terraço com vista para piscina muito agradável. A piscina é muito boa e grande, tem piscina de adultos e crianças. Viajamos com crianças e estivemos muito bem. As praias mais perto são pequenas e calmas. A zona é tranquila e tem supermercados perto. Voltaria numas próximas férias

Le séjour a ete sympa. Il manque quelques bricoles dans l appartement, comme plus de bols ou tasses, grille pain, et peut-être quelques produits pour le ménage. Le parking est petit pour tous les logements mais l endroit est entouré de possibilité de stationnement.

Insgesamt war alles gut und sauber. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.Achtung beim Parkplatz, nicht immer ist ein Platz frei, man muss außerhalb parken, was nicht problematisch war.Die Schlafmatratzen sind sehr weich und aus MemoryFoam, was für uns nicht bequem war. Die Wände sind dünn und man hört die Nachbarn gut.Für kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.
