Overall great stay in apartment. Location perfect for all needs (shops/bars/restaurants all within 5 mins walk from property). Complex clean tidy and well maintained with plenty of space for sunbeds and good pool.Apartment itself is a good space for a couple to enjoy with a good outdoor balcony area with sunbeds and eating area. Apartment would benefit from a freshen up (tlc and lick of paint).Looking forward to returning in the future

A small but comfortable apartment, perfectly located right in the center with direct access to the beach. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay — the only thing missing was even a basic coffee maker.The terrace was absolutely delightful and definitely one of my favorite features!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage. In nicht mal 5 Gehminuten ist man am Strand bzw. auf der Strandpromenade. und in in die andere Richtung nicht mal 5 Gehminuten mitten im Nachtleben mit Shops, Bars und Restaurants. Trotz dessen war es erstaunlicherweise recht ruhig. Man bekommt von dem Treiben ausserhalb der Anlage nichts mit. Auch im Gebäude selbst ebenso wie bei der Poolanlage ist uns eine Geräuschbelästigung kaum aufgefallen. Sonst die Wohnung selbst ist zwar schon ein klein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem war sie sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. So hatten wir nicht nur Spielbälle und anderes Strandspielzeug. Auch Sonnenschirm, Kerzen, Gewürze und Tee standen uns zur Verfügung. Das ist nicht unbedingt üblich. Umso mehr freuten wir uns. Die Klimaanlage leistete natürlich gute Dienste. Die Technik war verständlich erklärt und auch sonst hinterließ unser Vermieter einen sympathischen Eindruck. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Blick vom Balkon auf Pool und mehr war für uns schon purer Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Location excellent

When we arrived getting to the apartment was difficult as no instructions were given beforehand, access to the apartment was fine.Apartment is ideal for 2 people wouldnot recommend for any more .It would be a great help for future guests to have instructions for appliances especially for washing machine & extractor fan.Not getting a change of linen for a 15 day visit will be a problem for any visitor who is holidaying outside summer months.we did have a choice of paying 50 euros for having this benefit but we thought this was not acceptable as in 40 years of holidaying any 14 day visit we got change of linen.We had an good time while we were there.

Excellent value

Excellent location and complex which was great value for money. 4 of us and apartment on small side but great sized balcony to relax in with sun all day and directly facing pool. Good neighbourly feel within complex and many restaurants on site and just out and along the promenade to the left. David answered any questions swiftly so all and all an excellent trip
