Ideal for access to Marina

The property is great, ideal for a large group or family. We liked being so close to the Marina. Some of the other housed in the complex/road are looking a little tired and the pavements and grass verges could do with some care and attention. This did nor detract from a great stay.

Experiência infeliz

A estadia não correspondeu às expectativas. Apesar da boa localização do alojamento, a experiência não foi a melhor. Estivemos 3 dias sem internet e televisão, durante os quais tivemos de ser nós mesmos a tentar resolver a situação com os técnicos da operadora. Só ao fim do terceiro dia se lembraram de agir e colocar um dispositivo de internet móvel para compor o estrago. Contudo estivemos até ao fim da estadia sem televisão. Perdemos 3 dias de férias com telefonemas e visitas de técnicos. Além disso, sendo o alojamento num destino de férias de verão, estava destinado o uso do barbecue exterior, tendo sido impossível dado o estado deplorável de sujidade do mesmo.

Bom dia. Ainda bem que gostou da localização e da casa. Toda a zona onde se localiza a vivenda ficou sem serviços da Meo. Desde a falha (um domingo à tarde) foram efetuados diversos contactos e deslocações de técnicos (3 equipas diferentes - problema da MEO na área). Foram efetuadas várias deslocações nossas à vivenda. Colocámos um dispositivo Móvel com internet ilimitada após verificar-se que a reparação da MEO levaria mais tempo que o previsto. Lamentamos que a sua opinião sobre uma vivenda totalmente renovada no centro de Vilamoura, onde se pode ir a pé para a praia, se resuma a criticas a um serviço que não depende de nós, que afetou muitas casas e que contou com o nosso acompanhamento e resolução da questão. Com os melhores cumprimentos.

Great Stay, Again!

This was our second time staying in this house and once again it didn’t disappoint. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday and with the marina right on your doorstep (2 minutes walk) but just far enough back to ensure peace and quiet when needed. Since our last visit there has been several changes with a new kitchen and bathroom. Without doubt we shall be staying again on out next visit to Vilamoura.

Absolutely perfect

The location was so close but not noisy at all, literally a 2 minute walk to the marina. The house was clean and a perfect space for a family. The pool was quiet and clean and had plenty of grassy space for the kids to run around. The host was quick to respond during both the booking process and the stay. Highly recommend the Indian restaurant at the bottom of the street too!! It was just a great stay and we will defo be back again.

Great Vila in perfect location.

Really good Vila only 2 minutes from the marina and all the restaurants and bars yet still far enough away to be nice an quiet at night. 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plenty of space for 6 adults. Clean and tidy also fully stocked kitchen if you really wanted to cook. Pool area nice with always somebody on duty. Would certainly recommend this Vila and will definitely be going back. Owner was very good in accommodating our special requests and check in and out was easy.

Suitable property for family

Nice big house in a good location although you need to keep doors and windows closed at night due to the noise of party goers passing by. The beds are very firm so not that comfortable and we had an issue with the bedroom with two single beds. Our children couldn’t use these beds because of the noise the springs made every time they moved and were too uncomfortable. These beds need to be replaced with proper beds.
