**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules and suitability:
- Groups of young adults, or groups made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender, will only be accepted upon prior request and approval. These groups will be subject to payment of a refundable security deposit.- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking outside only.

Nice house for a family

Overall it's a nice house. A bit old here and there, but it does a job for a fair price. Has good outdoor space - pool in the front and good sitting area to have dinner in the back.

Fab Villa

I would have given this 5* if the pool had been larger and comfier seating area. Overall the Villa is lovely and in an amazing location. Only down site as mentioned was the size of the pool and the seating area in the livingroom. No need to worry about the pool being at the front of the villa as I never saw anyone walk past during the day. Definitely would recommend this villa.

Good value, great location

The villa was within walking distance of Vilamoura marina, yet far enough away to be peaceful. The villa itself was ok, although in need of a little refurbishment (some sockets/lights not working, door to balcony would not open etc), however, there were alternate options available so we did not report to the villa management company. The villa management were excellent in their communications and assistance with airport transfers etc, and the housekeeping was frequent and faultless.

Villa very tired, could not plug in the bed side lamp as the wall socket was in the bedside cabinet. Air conditioning didn't work in the main bedroom. The locks on the windows were so flimsy that we were broken into and our money was stolen!

Schöner Herbsturlaub

Wir waren für etwas über eine Woche jetzt Ende Oktober hier und sind vor dem deutschen Herbst geflüchtet. Das Wetter haben wir sehr schön erwischt und auch den Pool konnten wir noch jeden Tag nutzen. Die Lage war wunderbar ruhig, auch von den Nachbarn hörten wir sogut wie nichts. Das Haus ist sehr groß mit 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Im unteren Bad war leider recht viel dunkler und großflächiger schimmel an der Decke, da kein Fenster vorhanden ist, oben war alles top. Wie auch in der Anzeige zu sehen, ist die Einrichtung schon etwas älter, aber alles funktionierte und wir haben es uns ja auch ausgesucht, so wie es ist. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Küche gut geeignet, wenn auch keinerlei Grundzutaten außer Kaffe Filter vorhanden waren. Ist natürlich etwas schade wenn man Gewürze, Öl etc für eine Woche kaufen muss und mehr als die Hälfte vielleicht im Mülleimer landet... Die spülmaschine reinigt leider nicht richtig und macht das Geschirr ist meist nachher dreckiger als vorher, aber Handwäsche klappt bei zwei Personen auch super. Alles in allem war der Urlaub genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt und Preis-Leistingsmäßig erwartet haben, kein Luxus sondern eine schöne Zeit zu zweit :)

Saubere Unterkunft, alles wie in der Beschreibung, nur ohne Ofen und ohne Heizung. Bei einem Wasserproblem hat sich der Vermieter sofort gekümmert und das Problem behoben - toller und freundlicher Service!

L’endroit où est situé la villa magnifique proche de tout commerces activités Marina plage très beau et beau lotissement Se qui a fait défaut à notre arrivée ménage pas fait ou plus ou moins un passage expresse juste les draps changer Vaisselle tachais de reste de nourriture éparpillé et mélangé dans les placards frigo qui fuit et congèle nos yaourts fromage crème fraîche et autres ne peut pas le régler thermostat inconnu détérioré TV inexistante oui ils y’en a une posé sur une table basse mais rien juste des graillements pas d’images pas satellite ???????ni son ?????? Pour l’éteindre il faut la débrancher de la prisesuper dangereux Terrasse avant arrière balcon salles pas nettoyer j’ai dû balayer laver à grande eauIdem pour le mobilier jardin très sale Mobilier maison poussières toiles d’araignées J’ai dû retirer les draps de la chambre du haut pour les mettre à laver avec le protège matelas auréole de sécrétions sexuel Oreiller jaunies non entretenu avec des protèges oreiller Fuite de la Clim salon juste au niveau des points électriques TV Matelas chambre du bas entre salle d’eau et cuisine ressorts horribles ma fille a dû changer de chambre prêt de la porte d’entrée qui n’était guère mieux Il était convenu 1 passage changement draps et serviettes de toilette je n’est vu personne j’ai dû laver les draps et serviettes pour les réutiliser AH!!!!!! La PiScine sale non nettoyer à notre arrivée et pas les mesures mis sur l’annonce cela ressemblait plutôt à une pataugeoire pour enfants de 0a10 ans les Clims bruyantes goûte à goûte La Nespresso il faut la changer ou la détartrer espace vert a élaguer !! Voilà Sinon heureusement que l’ont ne faisait que dormir et petit déjeunerEt que nous étions très bien situé Nous avons pu visiter et voir plein de Belles choses magnifiques Dommage !!!Le prix vaut pas la location c’est le lieu qui l’a vaut

Tudo correu dentro do que era esperado, a piscina é agradável , o páteo com churrasqueira e uma grande messa para refeições é um espetáculo. Na minha opinião só duas coisas a melhorar, a TV que tem alguns problemas e das 5 camas existentes 2 são um pouco ruidosas. No geral adorei a estadia. Recomendo

Très bien située

Quelques détails a rectifier. Lumière du bbq HS Couteaux de très mauvaises qualité. La TV pratiquement HS 4 placés devant la TV pour 6 personnes, c'est trop juste. Résidence très calme, proche de tout.

Lovely week spent at this villa. The pool is small but perfect for a dip in the heat of the day. Paulo had kindly left some provisions for our arrival which was very much appreciated. The cleaners visited twice and changed towels etc. Excellent value for money.
