The host and room itself were great but there were a few cleaning/maintenance issues that could have been taken care of before we arrived. The building common areas are looking a bit aged as well but this place has the location, location, location.

Thank you so much for your review. We take all feedback seriously. We are now researching if there is a way to make that more comfortable or do we need to purchase a new mattress. We have not had a lot of complaints about the mattresses but we are always willing to see how we can improve. We hope you consider our place for a future stay we would honored to host you again. We are Manitou locals who let our adult children and friends take over our home for a few days. Found this place and had a fantastic staycation. Accommodation: excellent. Super comfortable in all respects. Location: can’t find better in Manitou. Convenience: walk/bike to the Incline (which we did while staying), secured parking and bike storage and secure building access. Very well done. We are satisfied to the point of looking at buying a unit available in the building for future use. Thank you.

Location was perfect, and the room was very clean. Only downside, we had the entire trip was the central air conditioner was broken. There was a window unit that kept the place cool and they provided us a fan to put in the window at night. Worked great for us in mid May but it would have been too hot during a summer month. Other than that communication was great. And you just can't beat the location and included parking in downtown Manitou Springs.
