Very fun/interesting house. The view was fantastic and the sunrises w/coffee were amazing. Very close to town (3 minutes n drive/15 min walk) and tons to do in the area. Perfect for 3 days. We had a good time. Also appreciated the equipped kitchen. We were able to cook full breakfasts with no issues.

The view and location were great. The host was very communicative with any questions I asked. The only thing that wasn’t a 10/10 was the tiny showers in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. It’s definitely not something that would keep us from renting this place again.

We loved our stay! It was a gorgeous view of Manitou Springs and the mountains. While it felt like a little oasis, we appreciated the easy walk to downtown Manitou Springs. There was plenty of space for our group, and we each had our own personal space. Communication with the host was excellent and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

The view

A spectacular view and architecture! plenty of space to spread out. Surrounded by nature yet only blocks away from the center of town. We absolutely loved this place.

I cannot begin to describe how breathtaking the mountain view from this property is and how wonderful the house itself is. A short walk down to a Hallmark movie like town. Just book it and get it over with.

The owners were born and raised in the area and have spent years enjoying all the splendor Manitou Springs and the Pikes Peak region has to offer including hiking, biking, shopping, dining, and participating in all the fun events that take place throughout the year.

The location and design of this property makes it unforgettable. It is located not only on the sunny side of Manitou Spring but perched above the city to allow for amazing views of the entire area including Pikes Peak, The Incline, Red Mountain and downtown Manitou Springs. When outside on the deck, you can actually hear the roar from the various Manitou Springs events such as the Pikes Peak Marathon and the New Years Eve Pikes Peak fireworks.
