Luxury 10th Floor Direct Oceanfront Condominium

Ocean Vistas 10th floor is a premiere center oceanfront unit in Daytona Beach Shore's most luxurious building. Elegantly decorated with 9+ foot ceilings, two balconies, semi-private elevator, and private foyer, this luxurious unit has the most spectacular views of the ocean as well as the river. Whether it is enjoying a meal, relaxing with a glass of wine, watching the breathtaking sunrise and sunset or just admiring the endless expanse of the ocean, we guarantee you will spend your time on the massive 500 sq ft covered balcony.

There are 3 suites one featuring 1 king bed and 2 guest rooms featuring queen beds. Each has a private bath, walk-in closet and
42-60 inch TVs. The oceanfront master suite opens out to the main balcony, and the other suites open to a rear balcony with views of the intercostal waterway, Daytona International Speedway, and panoramic sunsets. A twin convertible chair and 2 foldable twin mattresses are also available.

All linens and towels are provided. The large gourmet-appointed kitchen has granite countertops, island, and 2 stainless steel sinks. It includes all stainless steel appliances - including a wine cooler, and all small appliances, and is well stocked with cooking & eating utensils. Beach chairs, boogie board, and beach toys are available for the guests' use. Condominium extras available to guests include concierge assistance, desktop computer and meeting room, large club/party room with pool table, a heated oceanfront pool, a 6-person hot tub, and an exercise room with a sauna.

14TH TIME A CHARM

Third time staying at this unit & 14th time at Ocean Vistas. After some initial check-in problems, we settled in and thoroughly enjoyed our week. Would not stay anywhere else in Daytona Beach as Ocean Vistas is the very best.

Another great stay!

This is another great property! The condo was clean, had amazing views, very spacious and just a beautiful property. We had an issue with the toilet and the owner responded right away. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Fantastic Locale & Property/Unit

We love staying in Daytona Beach Shores and at Ocean Vistas. Our hosts were great, very responsive to our questions, the unit superb, clean, incredibly spacious and comfortable with all of the amenities and conviences and a perfect view to top it off. The balconies at Ocean Vistas, particularly the 3-bedroom units, are amazingly deep and spacious. Our entire family of six had extensive room to sit, lounge, grill, and play. We spent many hours each day, night and couple of early morning sunrises on the balcony. Walk a mile up or down the beach, which i did, and you'll struggle to find better. Strongly recommend this unit and the property as a whole.

We stayed at this beach condo and it was absolutely gorgeous. Communication was excellent and they were waiting on us with keys and a tour of the unit and facilities. They have a ninja grill out on the huge balcony to use, which we cooked hamburgers and hot dogs. They had beach chairs in front of the parking space to use. They also had plenty of beach towels. They had box fans , extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen and living room area were huge. This unit has all of the amenities you may be looking for. It has an elevator to that unit and the pool and beach access are super close. Don't hesitate to book this. Thank you so much! Our family really enjoyed it. We will be back!

We had a great vacation. The views were amazing and being oceanfront was a huge plus. Overall the facilities were nice but way too many rules. The condo its self was beautiful but for what you are charging definitely could have some much needed upgrades to the deck. The lay out chairs cushions have mold, the furniture was cheap and broken had to use our own chairs to hang out. The glass on the railing was filthy. The ninja grill was discussing. No ceiling fans or lighting. Needs high top table and chairs to really give full access to the gorgeous view. Not very many complaints on the inside of the condo other than 5 wash cloths for a 3 bedroom is ridiculous and the couch’s recliner are in rough shape. Invest 5k worth of the upgrades mentioned and it would be five stars all the way.

Ocean Vistas always

This was our14th straight year at Ocean Vistas condo.This is simply the best place to vacation in Daytona, especially since they rid the pool area of their gestapo-like guards who enforced, to a tea, the numerous rules prohibiting any fun at the pool.

Beautiful condo!

One of the best vacation rentals we've ever had. Just a gorgeous place. Words can't do it justice. And it's just huge! Plenty of room for everybody to find their own space. Beautiful view as well. The balcony is giant too! Love this place!

Very nice condo. Starting to need some things such as new carpet but it’s a beach unit so I don’t blame them for not rushing to replace it. We would stay here again.

Love this Condo

This was truly a wonderful experience for our family! We were able to relax, go to the beach when we wanted (all the necessary beach going items were available at the condo), any dishes or cooking items were easily available. It was literally just like being at home. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Great Stay for Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. Check-in was easy and included a tour of the property. The condo included everything we needed as far as beach towels and chairs, and the kitchen was well stocked with any appliances that were needed. Plenty of room for all of the guests. The pool was very nice and the grounds provided great places to sit and hang out. The only draw back, and not the property owners fault, was high tide that prevented us from driving on the beach to set up our tent most of the week. Thankfully the beach ramp is right next to the building.

Lovely Place

Loved our stay but was disappointed with the electric grill we thought we were going to have on the balcony. It was a Ninja plug in electric griddle/grill (appliance you can buy at Walmart) that could cook 2 steaks at a time and a couple of the beach chairs provided were rusted and broken. Other than that we were very pleased. Plenty of linens, pillows, bath and beach towels and it was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs.

Beautiful Place Right On the Beach

I've been in many rental units over the years. This one is in a league of its own. From the minute you step into this unit, you'll be blown away. The room are all spacious and nicely appointed, and the 2 balconies are fantastic. One gives you direct access to the beautiful beach, waves, and sunrise while the 2nd balcony gives you access to the intercoastal waters and the sunsets. This unit truly has everything you want in a rental. Extremely satisfied.

Amazing views.. just as advertised.

Hands down the most beautiful views of both the ocean and river from balconies. Our children, ages 10 and 13, loved having their own rooms with individual bathrooms. Master suite was large with a gorgeous bathroom. Dual shower heads were a plus. The large kitchen has top notch appliances and every cooking utensil/pots and pans you would need. We stayed a week and enjoyed all amenities. Loved the heated pool and the outdoor fire pit. The hot tub was hotter than blue blazes and definitely not enjoyable. The pool table in the club room was nice for the cooler days. Beach access right out of parking garage. We would definitely stay here again. Worth the money!

Just like the pictures!

Ocean Vistas 1006 was lovely! The building was very nice, secure and hospitable. The condo was very spacious, with everything you could need (bedding, pillows, towels, kitchen items). Plenty of beach chairs & towels. Nice semi private elevator. Very easy access to the beach. We booked the condo specifically for the balcony. The view was perfect and we spent many hours out there as a family. It was our favorite part of the condo! The only disappointment was the grill on the balcony. We had planned to grill all of our dinners for the week and the main gas grill was broken. There was a small electric one provided, which was helpful, but it took much longer to cook our dinners because of the electricity and the small size. All in all, we would definitely return to Ocean Vistas! We didn't want to leave!

Fun time on Daytona

Pictures and reviews are correct for this condo. Everything was as it should be. Lovely place. Very large, plenty of room for 8 adults. Private elevator was amazing. Great private parking. Loved that the condo included beaching towels!! That was a huge plus for us! Also includes a large cooler and wagon. Definitely added values!! Only somewhat negative comments (never hindered us) was that the hot tub was hotter than the seventh circle of hell. 😝 Couldn’t put but your lower legs in it. The pool was an amazing temp, warm on cool days!! All and all, great experience at the condo. Dealing with the Orlando airport and car rentals… definitely a huge negative for all of us. (Advice, do not go during spring break - save yourselves the huge headaches) Special shoutout to Dennis for helping us with our ultra late arrival. Many thanks!!

The condo was clean and pleasantly decorated. The images of the condo are accurate. The property manager was helpful in checking us in after midnight due to an unexpected flight issue. However, it was not without multiple conversations. Be aware that there is a "policy" that you cannot check in after midnight. This is not listed on the listing or rental agreement. There were several issues I had with the condo. The built in grill does not work. There is a standing grill that does not work. There is a ninja grill on the counter that does work but is not what we wanted. There are no lights on the balcony. The table on the balcony was painted and the paint chipped off and stuck to everything and everyone. The chairs on the balcony for laying out need to be clean and/or replaced. Everything in the kitchen worked well, however, updating the cooking utensils and pans would be helpful. The beach umbrella and chairs that are listed on the available items with the unit are old. Most have rust or broken parts with holes. There is an ice chest, but it doesn't roll well. The umbrellas are the ones that attach to the beach chair. There is not a standalone umbrella. The plus is that there are plenty of beach towels. Due to the issue with chairs and umbrellas we had to buy a canopy and chairs from Academy. These had to be left at the condo due to our traveling arrangements. So, I guess those are available for future renters. Sheets are too small in the master bedroom.

Ocean Vistas in my opinion is the best property to stay at! The sunrise every morning right outside

I love this property, room 1006 a very nice unit because you get the best views of the ocean and views of the Halifax river. The semi private elevator is great! The only slight downfall is the room itself could use some minor updates. I would definitely book this room again!
