We had a very comfortable stay in Ians mobile home, plus we had the best weather which made everything perfect, site and beach lovely and 5 mins to Great Yarmouth.

Haven Horton On Sea

Lovely stay at a fabulous Caravan, spotlessly clean, great host comms, 4 min walk to the beach and 4 min walk to the entertainment/pool. Couldn’t ask for more. Happy to highly recommend, thank you Ian & Vrbo

Fairways 52 overall holiday review

We had a great holiday, the caravan site easy to find, and in a lovely location with great facilities. The caravan, was clean and tidy, and although good value for money, was tired - the net curtains were torn and frayed, the main curtains had missing and broken curtain hooks, and some lights were not working. We visited a lot of the local area, Norwich and Great Yarmouth, and if we decided to return in the future, we would be happy reuse site.

Lack of information

Due to booking through owner. There was no information on the website that there was no towels, no bed linen and no access to site facilities. All had to be purchased extra. Not happy as there was also no information on access to caravan. This had to be sent by the owner upon our arrival. Spiolt the surprise for my wife.

Disappointing

This was described as nearly new, we didnt realise when booking that we had stayed for a long weekend 2 years previously. Fridge needs a thorough clean. Frying pan had coating falling off it. Carpet large stain, curtains missing hooks , generally not a nearly new impression. Also response time from owner, although we contacted did not text us entry details until 9.50 the night before leaving home. Then added that he didnt send the text until after 9 to avoid guests coming a day early. I think most people would be concerned not receiving details earlier and having holidayed in England for many years, we have never encountered such a comment.

Loved staying in this caravan. Very clean and comfortable . Really loved the homely touches and how close to all amenities it was. Wish we could have stayed longer, definitely will book it again. Thank you for being accurate in description and photos. Great communication with Ian to xx

Great Accommodation, Amenties not included in the price!!

Great accommodation very comfortable with lots of space, great location for day tripping, can't fault it. However it did not state on the owner's description that bed linen was not included, the photo's indicated otherwise, this had to be hired at a cost of £20,. The owner's description / photo's also indicated that the facilities such as the pool, restaurants, take-away stalls and entertainment are included. (We could not even access the bar on-site to buy a drink). This is not the case and a week-long family pass must be purchased which is an added expense of £100 as day-passes are not available,(we only stayed for three days).This should be expressed on the owner's description or removed from the photo album.
