Great House Close to Center of Rosemary Beach

First time visiting Rosemary Beach area and we were extremely happy with our home choice. Great setup for a family, super close to the Rosemary Beach main drag and only steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay!

Property was well represented online. Very well stocked and equipped throughout the house. Communication was fast and easy with property manager. Great location to Peddler’s Pavilion and beach access. Great stay!

Rundown

The house is rundown and it makes it feel unclean. They need to renovate the house. The pictures are not current and it’s deceiving. Linda the manager is rude. Great location but not worth the rental amount.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We travelled for spring break with another family- we had 4 kids between 5 and 10 years old. The house was wonderful- cute interior, well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The location is AMAZING- super close to the beach and right across the road from lots of dining and shopping options. They provide reserved chairs on the beach every day and extra chairs at the house to bring down with you if you wanted more. Heated pool was an extra bonus when we wanted a little break from the beach. Would highly recommend this house, the location can’t be beat.

Seacrest Beach House

Perfect for our family of 9. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. Would definitely book again. One note, if you’re traveling with toddlers, the stairs to beach can be challenging for them so be prepared.

Wonderful beachside home!

Terrific location just 1 min walk from the beach. Home was spacious enough for all of us spanning grandparents to grandkids. Heated pool was a nice touch to the home!

What a great property,

We loved this property, it was well maintained and very clean. Just 100 steps to the beach where 4 beach chairs awaited our arrival. Walk to Rosemary Beaches great restaurant’s and shops. We will look forward to coming back next year.

The property was as advertised. We enjoyed the stay. The picture of the steps were a little understated, for small children. Thank you for the way you manage and take care of our time away.

Beautiful home! Very nicely furnished and fully stocked!

This house is just perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and every type of cookware you may need! The furniture and decor is all high end and it’s literally steps away from the beach! Our family will be back next summer to rent this great home again!

Perfection on the coast

This property has everything you might need and more. The house is both comfortable and beautifully appointed. The layout is perfect for children and adults. Getting to the beach took less than five minutes. We highly recommend staying here on your next beach vacation!

Beautiful house and great location

Waters edge is our favorite community on 30A, we have stayed at other homes in this gated neighborhood and this one is our favorite. Check in was easy. The location is very close to the beach and the home was very spacious and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The main room was large and spacious.

Perfect Location

Home was even more beautiful than the pictures and the location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely book here again. Our only complaint was that several days there were painters working on the exterior of the property which hadn’t been communicated to us by the property manager and did affect our use of the pool.

Amazing location to beach and town

This house exceeded our expectations. Everything was super clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. The location to beach was 100%. You literally are one house over from path to beach and then it’s just a strut until you are down the stairs. Bikes and chairs provided and set up everyday was an extra bonus. Check in/check out was seamless. This trip was fantastic.

Family Time

After a 15 year hiatus we have restarted our Family tradition of getting together in the FL Panhandle. We’ve moved East from Grayton Beach to Rosemary Beach. This was a great choice of location for our Family with our new addition of a Granddaughter. The house was ideal for our needs and was a short walk or ride from everything we wanted to do. We always felt safe and our kids enjoyed the bike rides and the beach. When they’d come back to the house we would all relax around the pool. We will do this trip again!

Wonderful beach house!

The renovation is beautiful! All new bathrooms and kitchen. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. In fact, brand new bicycles were delivered during our stay! We’ve stayed in Waters’s Edge several times before and it is a hidden jewel steps away from the beach, shopping and restaurants. But, it’s getting better as several houses have been renovated and more are in process. We will be back!
