Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.

Weddings and other similar events may be allowed at this home for an additional event fee; please inquire for more details. Events without approval by the manager are not allowed, and violation of this and any other home rule may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to community and management fines.

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.

Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
The minimum age requirement is 25 years old, or with chaperones.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
