This ground floor apartment is located in a secure brownstone in the center of Mount Vernon. You will have a full kitchen to make all your favorite dishes form home, a smart TV, desk, bedroom with blackout curtains and full bath. When you're ready to explore, you will find the Mt Vernon Marketplace food hall directly across the street, as well as our friends at Ceremony Coffee. Take a stroll through Mount Vernon Place Park on your way to the Walters Art Museum or Washington Monument.

Charm City is called such for it's wide array of neighborhoods. Each neighborhood is different in its own charming way, but IMHO Mt Vernon is the best! Walk outside and you are walking among 100+ year old brownstones. Two blocks away from the house is a public park perfect for dog walking, there is the free Walters Art Museum, the newly renovated Washington Monument, the Peabody Conservatory with its dramatic stairs and publicly available library. Walk around a bit and you can access over 20 art galleries, 30 restaurants and bars, the historic Charles Movie Theater, Lyric Opera House, University of MD, MICA, and the list goes on!
