新しく建てられたアパートは約110平方メートルの面積をカバーし、大きなリビングルーム-ダイニングルームと2つの上部が分かれている2つのわずかにずらされたレベルの非常に明るくパノラマのオープンスペース構造が特徴です部屋には、ダブルとツインがあり、夜にはパネルカーテンで構成された2つの可動壁で暗くなります。
コーナーシャワーとランドリーコーナーに隣接する追加の屋外シャワーを備えた快適なバスルームをアパートに完成させます。
隣接する駐車スペースのある専用テラスから直接アクセスできます。
プライバシーと快適さが主な特権です。

Meravigliosa sistemazione

Una sistemazione ideale per famiglie. La casa ha un panorama meraviglioso sul golfo di Policastro. È una casa grande e funzionale, provvista di tutto il necessario, sempre molto curato. Anche lo spazio esterno è molto ampio e attrezzato e permette di usufruire comodamente del tavolo, sdraio e doccia. Il valore aggiunto è stata la cortesia e la disponibilità di Alessio e dei suoi genitori per tutta la vacanza, davvero unici.

Tutto perfetto

Sistemazione accogliente e comoda, molto ben attrezzata con tutto l’occorrente. Posizione invidiabile a due passi da mare, con ampia vista sul golfo di policastro. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili. Zona perfetta per una tranquilla vacanza in famiglia.

C'est un petit bijou

Très bel appartement situé au r.d.c dans une villa sécurisée et avec une vue sur la mer époustouflante. L'équipement est neuf et complet , la terrasse est agréable et vous permet de dîner en ayant devant vous le beau golfe de Policastro. Alessio et ses parents sont des personnes serviables et en même temps discrètes. Je conseille vraiment cette location.

Casa molto bella e funzionale

La casa di Alessio è molto confortevole e curata...aria condizionata 2 docce di cui una esterna e un angolo cottura con tutto l'occorrente, il tutto arredato con gusto e molto pulito. La posizione è proprio di fronte al mare e la sera si può cenare all'aperto con una vista incantevole su tutto il golfo di Policastro. I propretari sono persone molto cordiali e disponibili. Consigliatissima

Perfect harmony with comfort and nature, a stunning view to the sea and mountains

Nice and stylish holday house for a perfect family holidays. The appartment has a beautiful view to the mountainous coast and a nice terrasse, which provides shade and fresh air on a sunny day, but also the posibility of sunbading. The beach is only a small walk away and there are many different types of beaches in the neighborhood. A perfect area for relaxed holidays with swimming, nature and good food. Nothing was saved in the house in order to make a comfortable stay. The beuatiful decoration was made with good taste and quality as well in kitchen, whole interieur and outside. The owners were very helpful and still very descrete, leaving us the time to discover, but always ready to help, if you needed anything and they were very flexible. We remember this as the best stay i our holidays and the place, which brought us down in good pace and harmony. We can highly recomend this place for a stay for a family on four, for good friends or for a couple. The style is very informal. We could have spent much more time there and we hope to come back another time.

La casa è praticamente perfetta. Arredata con gusto, risulta estremamente funzionale. Ha tutto ciò che può essere utile per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo. Biancheria abbondante, stoviglie nuove, pentolame di ottima qualità. La presenza di una doccia esterna e la zona lavanderia collocata all'esterno permette di spostare fuori dalla casa le operazioni di lavaggio. Gli spazi esterni sono fruibili e ben attrezzati. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie perfettamente funzionanti. Ineccepibile ed estremamente gradita la disponibilità dei proprietari, che, gentili e riservati, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra. A portata di mano bellezze paesaggistiche e culturali degne di essere gustate.

Superbe villa en bord de mer

La villa est moderne, décorée avec beaucoup de goût (encore plus que les photos) et la terrasse est magnifique. Plusieurs excursions inoubliables sont possibles vers Scario, Sapri, Paestum et bien sûr vers Maratea. Alessio et ses parents sont des hôtes chaleureux et discrets. Confort et propreté impeccables.

Rez de chaussée d'une villa face à la mer.

Terrain en terrasses sur 5 niveaux avec arbres fruitiers, oliviers, bougainvillées etc face à la mer. L 'appartement est le rez de chaussée d'une villa nichée dans cette nature luxuriante, il est spacieux, baigné de lumière, très bien équipé avec cuisine emménagée, salon confortable et deux chambres douillettes, le tout décoré avec beaucoup de gout. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied, il y a un super marché et une multitude de petits magasins dans le village à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé deux jours de pur repos et de détente dans ce décor de rêve : nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir . Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.

Buon gusto e squisita ospitalita'

Abbiamo trascorso due magnifiche settimana in questo delizioso appartamento, arredato con gusto e ben fornito La grande terrazza e' un ideale spazio per riposare all'ombra degli oleandri o per consumare pasti con il blu del mare all'orizzonte. I padroni di casa poi sono ospiti squisiti gentili, discreti e di grande accoglienza. E' stato un piacere conoscerli e conversare con loro.

Tranquil with great views

le Terrazze is situated looking over the Golfo de Policastro in a very quiet location. gated security gives you peace of mind regarding posessions and the car which you need to hire. Ideal for those who want a lazy holiday but who don't mind a bit of travelling for restaurants or are happy to cook for themselves. The apartment is modern and comfortable and Alex, if he is home speaks good english and his mother is also very helpful.

Molto confortabile

While the website said that the owner speaks Italian only we later found out that Alessio can communicate very well in English. Anyway my Italian seemed to be good enough to secure the accommodation a day in advance of our planned arrival. Our GPS found the location once we had the address details in writing. We found a most comfortable fully furnished apartment with a complete kitchen, a generous bathroom with shower and a large bed in an upstairs alcove. Since the weather was brilliant we spent a lot of time outside on the balcony in comfortable chair and plenty of shade. During our stay of 5 days we did short trips by car and boat in the surroundings, did our shopping in a nearby supermarket in Scario and in the market in Sapri. Wireless is available on the terrace. The family looked after us like old friends and we found the costs to be very reasonable for all the comfort on offer. We hope to be back one day.

Vacanza nel Cilento

La casa è perfettamente uguale a come si presenta nelle foto,molto curata e fornita di ogni comfort con una suggestiva vista panoramica sullo splendido golfo. Inoltre un altro vantaggio è la vicinanza alla spiaggia,sia libera che privata. I proprietari Luciana e Giuseppe sono stati molto accoglienti, simpatici e disponibili. Grazie alla tranquillità del posto si gode di un piacevole relax. Percorrendo pochi km con l'auto invece si possono raggiungere facilmente luoghi come Maratea,Sapri,Palinuro ed altre bellissime città del Cilento. In conclusione, bel posto e bella casa...vacanza assolutamente consigliata!!

Siamo tornati dopo un anno a godere del comfort e della tranquillità offerti da un soggiorno presso le Terrazze. L'appartamento era pulito e completo di tutto quanto richiesto per una vacanza senza rinuncie. E' luminoso, ben arredato, ampio e rifornito di un sistema di condizionamento aria efficiente. La descrizione fornita dal proprietario è accurata e veritiera. Ciò che non emerge dalla descrizione, pur essendo il valore aggiunto di un soggiorno presso le terrazze, è la speciale ospitalità dei proprietari. Attenti alle necessità dei loro ospiti senza essere invadenti, simpatetici, affettuosi e generosi. Per noi il migliore esempio di ospitalità mai provato. Consigliamo sicuramente la vacanza! Tuttavia sappiate che in agosto, nelle settimane centrali, ci andremo noi...... . Carissimi Zino arrivederci alla prossima estate.

"Per chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza senza farsi mancare nulla, consigliamo questa sistemazione completa di ogni comfort. La descrizione dei proprietari e fedele. L'immobile è molto pulito, ben arredato e fornito di tutti gli utensili nuovi. La biancheria fornita è di prim'ordine.La vista panoramica è piacevolissima. La vicinanza della spiaggia permette di evitare l'uso dell'auto. La posizione dell'immobile consente di visitare in giornata, con brevi tragitti in auto o in barca, località rinomate quali Palinuro, Marina di Camerota, Maratea... Per tutte queste ragioni il prezzo richiesto è adeguato. I proprietari sono un raro esempio di ospitalità e discrezione. Sono simpatici, generosi e spontanei nei modi. Con semplicità vincono l'eventuale timidezza degli ospiti. Consigliamo la vacanza.

vacanza piacevolissima

L'appartamento è perfettamente uguale a come descritto, nuovissimo ed accessoriato in maniera impeccabile e con ottimo gusto. I proprietari, persone squisitamente gentili e disponibili, contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Il mare è a brevissima distanza, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, la spiaggia anche se non attrezzata, non è mai affollata e questo permette di apprezzare la naturalità del luogo. Vicinissima alla spiaggia vi è la foce del fiume Busento che consente l'esperienza unica di immergersi contemporanemaente nell'acqua dolce e salata. Il tutto a due kilometri da Scario con le sue attrattive turistiche, gastronomiche e artigianali. Esperienza da consigliare agli amanti del relax, della natura e a chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno lontano dal clamori delle caotiche mete balneari.
