Wir haben 2 wundervolle Herbstferienwochen hier verbracht! Der Ausblick von der geräumigen Terrasse auf die Bucht von Policastro ist einfach fantastisch! Pool super, Küche gut ausgestattet, hübsches kleines Badezimmer. Richtig cool: Aussendusche und Poolbeleuchtung! Was aus der Beschreibung nicht so deutlich hervorgeht:- Die Schlafsituation: 2 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten) 3 Einzelbetten auf einer offenen Empore über dem Wohnraum, die über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur etwas für ältere Kinder (ab 6?). - Für die steile, extrem schmale Zufahrt braucht es schon etwas Mut und Geschick!!Kleiner Kritikpunkt: die Betten sind sehr spartanisch und die Matratzen hart. Alles in allem aber ein tolles Ferienhaus in spektakulärer Lage!

In 7 amici (26-28 anni), abbiamo trascorso una settimana e ce ne siamo innamorati. Non è perfetta e basterebbero poche migliorie, ma è una proprietà che merita 5 stelle. La posizione è ideale per una vacanza di mare con qualche uscita fuori porta. Ci sono tante spiagge belle in zona e Maratea è vicina, come il Despar dove fare la spesa. La via che porta alla casa è fattibile e non ci si può aspettare altro, visto che si trova sulle pendici di una collina. Magari venirci con un furgone non è un’ottima idea. La posizione rivolta verso il mare vi regalerà tramonti stupendi e vi dimenticherete in fretta dei tralicci. C’è posto per parcheggiare tre auto e inutile dire che la piscina è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, anche se i primi giorni era sporca. La casa dispone di una cucina attrezzata, una camera matrimoniale, una con due singoli, un bagno grande al completo e un divano letto e televisore all’ingresso. C’è Wi-Fi e l’acqua è potabile. Il soppalco ospita tre letti e un bagno con solo gabinetto e lavandino. È pensato per dei bambini (soffitto basso e spazio non privato) ma noi ci siamo adattati e siamo stati bene. Ci sono dei ventilatori mentre al piano terra c’è l’aria condizionata. Attenzione alla scala che è ripida e ballerina. Fuori, c’è la zona barbecue, un ripostiglio con lavatrice, una seconda doccia (e una terza dalla piscina) e vari divanetti, sedie e tavoli. Tutto l’occorrente per rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza anche dopo il mare. Host attenta e gentile

Tutto molto bello. La posizione della casa è fantastica. In casa c'è tutto quel che serve. C'è anche l'aria condizionata anche se non l'abbiamo mai usata, e siamo in agosto! La casa è in collina quindi fresca. La strada x arrivarci è stretta e ripida ma dopo la prima volta ci si fa la mano, è fattibile. La piscina super!! Mimmo sempre disponibile e cordiale per qualsiasi informazione. Siamo stati benissimo. Grazie Corinne

Great place

Everything worked and was as expected. Very fast response from owner. The pool is a place of its own, quite isolated and you feel by yourself. During summer heat it is appreciated that the house includes 3 independent AC units. The all work effectively. We had a nice time there. The access to the house is cumbersome when driving a mediumsized SUV. Narrow and steep road to the property.

Vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison. la vue est vraiment exceptionnelle avec tous les jours de magnifiques couchers de soleil. En contrebas, il y a une ligne de train mais pas de véritable gêne. Le terrain est bien entretenu, la piscine est très grande. La terrasse extérieure permet de prendre tous les repas à l'ombre. Quelques bémols cependant : la pompe de la piscine n'est pas assez efficace, la climatisation est très bruyante, la vaisselle n'était pas propre (on a tout relavé), un des lits individuels a un pied abimé et il manque une notice pour la machine à café. Nous garderons au final de beaux souvenirs de vacances dans cette région peu touristique qui vaut le détour.

Very nice place

A very nice place to stay with a terrific view! Very nice booking procedure and communication all along. Very prompt reaction when we experienced a bit of a problem with the pool - it was taken care of right away. The place is definately recommendable, and Corinne is a very kind "landlord"!

Bella vacanza.

Ho avuto modo di alloggiare nella villetta di Maratea questo Agosto con la mia famiglia . La casa ha tutti i confort possibili e immaginabili da partire dal barbecue alla cassetta degli attrezzi . La casa è ubicata in una buona posizione con vista panoramica sul mare e sulla piscina terrazzata , le spiagge sono vicine e bellissime , non affollate per raggiungerle ci sono tutte le indicazioni o se no chiedere al Sig. Mimmo il custode , persona squisita è sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. Posto consigliato se ci si vuole rilassare e disintossicarsi dallo stress .

Lovely place

Beautiful peaceful location set in the mountains and overlooking the ocean with breathtaking views. The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful too. My only criticism is it could have done with a good clean and good airing and updated bed linen and to have had a maid to at least change to towels. We also couldn’t find the outside bins and recycling so clear instructions would help but apart from that it was perfect.

Objektbeschreibung in wesentlichen Teilen unzutreffend

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und sind zwei Tage früher als geplant weitergereist, weil in der Objektbeschreibung wesentliche Umstände nicht oder nur unzureichend beschrieben sind: Das Objekt ist keine Villa sondern ein einfaches Haus ohne besondere Ausstattung. Während unseres Aufenthaltes funktionierte der Fernseher nicht, Internet/WLAN nur sehr selten und sehr schwach. Außerdem mussten wir den Wasserhahn reparieren, zum Glück gab es eine Werkzeugkiste mit Rohrzange. Das Haus liegt auf 160 m Höhe, die nur per Auto zu bezwingen sind. Steile, nicht ungefährliche Auffahrt (unbfestigt), im Dunkeln gefährlich, weil unbeleuchtet. Zur Hauptstrasse sind es allein schon 900m (bergab). Zum Strand dann nochmal ca. 300m. Zum nächsten Restaurant sind es 1,2 km. Weder Strand noch Restaurant sind wegen des steilen Aufstiegs zu Fuß zu erreichen, außer für Exremsportler vielleicht. Alles in allem sehr unschön. Man ist vor allem abends an das Haus gefesselt und kann nicht weg. Der Blick von der Terasse ist wunderschön, wird aber leider getrübt von zwei großen Überland-Strommasten, die ca. 50 m Luftlinie von der Terasse entfernt stehen. Auf den Bildern kann man die Stromleitungen nur leicht erkennen. Völlig unerwähnt bleibt in der Beschreibung, dass die Hauptbahntrasse nach Calabrien über den Hügel läuft. Ca. 100 m Luftlinie entfernt und 100 m tiefer kommen ca. 3-5 mal pro Stunde die Züge durch. Auch nachts. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und nett, konnte an den Umständen aber natürlich auch nichts ändern. Seitens des Vermieters gab es vor und während der Anmietung keinerlei Kontaktaufnahme. Erst als wir das defekte TV reklamiert hatten, gab es eine Reaktion, nämlich eine freundliche Zurückweisung und ansonsten offensichtliches Desinteresse. Maratea und Umgebung sind sehr schön, auch dieses Objekt ist akzeptabel, wenn man alle Fakten vorher kennt. Da diese Fakten aber teilweise verschwiegen werden ist der Mietpreis überteuert und nicht angemessen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt einfach nicht, daher von uns nur 1 Stern.

Casa nel verde, bella piscina

La casa è funzionale, spartana ma dotata di tutto quello che occorre. Perfetta per 4 (max 6) persone si trova a metà di una collina, nel verde di ulivi ecc. (località Cersuta di Maratea), vicino a delle belle spiagge raggiungibili con l'auto, che è indispensabile. Molto funzionale l'ampia area giorno e la veranda, sempre all'ombra, in cui pranzare, fare colazione ecc., area notte normale, bella la piscina, anche illuminata. Per qualsiasi evenienza c'è Mimmo che vi sarà d'aiuto. Uniche avvertenze: per arrivare occorre fare in auto una stradina sterrata ripida e abbastanza stretta, che si inerpica per qualche minuto; per i puristi del panorama, proprio di fronte casa troverete in bella vista 2 tralicci della luce. Soggiorno ottimo

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

In diesem Ferienhaus bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Toller Pool, gemütliche Terasse und ein grandioser Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Aufgrund des abenteuerlichen Anfahrtsweges (steil und schmal), empfiehlt sich eher mit einem kleineren Auto zu reisen :) Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr entspannte Zeit und können uns sehr gut vorstellen nochmal dort Urlaub zu machen. Vielen Dank!

Pace, una casa molto comoda, una vista splendida

La villetta è raggiungibile con una salita piuttosto ripida, ma il panorama vale la fatica! La piscina è tenuta benissimo, gli spazi comuni sono comodi, con docce esterne e lavanderia, le camere fresche e la cucina pratica. Il soppalco (più adatto ai bambini vista l'altezza del soffitto) è dotato di ventilatore. Siamo stati molto bene, godendoci degli splendidi tramonti sul mare. Mimmo, la persona che vi accoglie in loco, e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili e disponibilissimi. Unico difetto: i tralicci dell'alta tensione che in certi giorni si fanno sentire!...e infine consigliamo di fare la strada un paio di volte con la luce prima di rientrare con il buio.

bella e semplice casa in contesto speciale

La casa è pulita funzionale e ben arredata, in collina, piena di pace con uno splendido panorama, ottima la scelta di costruire la piscina sempre sul panorama del mare e del Cilento. A 10 minuti a piedi ( ma c'è da scarpinare ) si raggiungono due bellissie piccole spiaggie (di sassi) che in giugno erano quasi deserte. Sono anni che vado in vacanza in case in affitto e questa sicuramente è la migliore nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Great stay!

We really like the accomodation. Road to house leads to a steep hill but it is possible to go by car and the sea view and mountain above us is really worthy it. House is about 5 minutes by foot from main road, it is completely private. There are 2 beautiful pebble beaches about10 - 15 minutes by stairs. The sea is really clean, you can see into really depth, there are beatiful rocks and many fish in the sea. The swimming pool outside the house is wonderfull. We swam in it every morning before the breakfast. What a refreshment! House is inside quite spacious, on terrace there is enough space for nice seating and relaxation. We would appreciate if there would be bigger light in the main room. Stay in this house was really wonderfull. Would recommend to everybody.

vacanza dentro un paesaggio che ti resta nel cuore

La casa pratica e comoda è dotata di tutto quello che occorre per una piacevole vacanza, all'insegna della pace e della tranquillità . Lo spazio esterno permette di fare colazioni pranzi e cene dentro un quadro naturale che non ha eguali. La piscina è in una posizione anch'essa invidiabile, angolo di relax, incorniciato dagli ulivi che circondano il luogo. Per scoprire le meraviglie del luogo, si salgono e scendono strade e vicoli a picco sul mare o che seguono il giro della montagna. Maratea e la sua costa sono state una bellissima scoperta: mare mozzafiato e panorami da cartolina. La litoranea che corre sopra il mare è un susseguirsi di calette, baie e insenature, con spiagge qua e là più ampie, altre nascoste; raggiungibili a piedi, altre meta di soli natanti. Grazie di cuore alla Signora Corinne, che ci ha messo a disposizione casa, goduta in due insieme al nostro cane, anzichè in 5/6 come dovevamo essere; al signor Mimmo che è stato il nostro "contatto" sul posto. Tutto molto bello. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole una vacanza nella natura, di riposo e di passeggiate rigeneranti: p-a-s-s-i-a-m-o-p-a-r-o-l-a!

Una bella casa per una vacanza tranquilla anche in agosto

Casa molto bella immersa nel verde con una incantevole vista mare sul golfo di Policastro e suoi splendidi tramonti . La piscina è tenuta molto bene e per noi , ma sopratutto per i bambini , è stata un vero motivo di divertimento. All'interno della casa non manca nulla , molto ben accessoriata. Il soppalco con tre letti è chiarmante indicato per i bambini , la casa quindi è ottimamente vivibile per 4 adulti + 3 bambini. La villa è in collina ed è immersa nel verde, la strada per arrivarci è un pò ripida e stretta ma comunque percorribile con qualsiasi macchina senza particolari problemi. Il mare è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di macchina , spiaggie stupende nelle vicinanze. Ringrazio i proprietari per la bella vacanza che ci hanno permesso di vivere e speriamo di tornare presto in questo bellissimo posto.
