Perfect location meh place

The place had everything we needed, beds, AC, beach toys, a washing machine. However, it needs a deep clean. We would probably book again just because of price and proximity to the beach, but definitely not the cleanest feeling place we've stayed at.

Like Maui Vista complex but NOT this unit!

Maui Vista Rental Group gave us the wrong passcode so it took 45 minutes (and stress) to get in to unit 1210 when we arrived very tired after midnight. Nice looking unit but online photo out of date. Condo shabby with worn thru upholstery, stained curtains missing hooks and ties, broken window we couldn't open, screen door off track most of time, etc. Very weak wifi, no phone,and neither the dishwasher or washer worked, etc. Management seemed mostly disinterested with no amends. We made do and enjoyed great weather and location. Have previously enjoyed OTHER units in this complex! Not as relaxing as we'd expected.

Great Location!

We had such a good vacation staying at this condo. The location is perfect! Right across the street from Charlie Young beach - a great beach for swimming and for kids to play in the water. We saw three turtles swimming by us on our first day in the water. Within walking distance are several good restaurants and food trucks. The condo was beautiful and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and the renovated bathroom shower is great. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that was available. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

Easy walk to Kam 1 Beach from this well-appointed condo with everything you need for a fun vacation, including all your gear for the beach, like chairs, umbrella, toys, coolers, even snorkel masks! The grill area, the pool, and the pickleball/tennis courts are all close by. The condo is very comfortable inside too, with a good living room space, nice balcony, good size kitchen and quiet bedroom. Very happy with it time spent there!

Great location!

While this place is in great location, it is in desperate need of a renovation. When we opened the door we were hit by the smell of must / mold; it is over-priced for the area.

Good location but prob wouldn't stay again

I found this condo and was really excited to stay here based on pictures and reviews. The price was one of the cheapest I found for a 1 bedroom condo in Maui. The condo was nice but not exactly as well kept as the pictures implied. The bathroom seemed quite dirty. The grout was really dirty, especially in the shower. The toilet was leaking from the day we arrived. A maintenance man showed up with no warning at all wanting to replace bulbs in the ceiling fan lights. I told him about the leaking toilet & he said he couldn't find a leak but to keep an eye on it. We had to keep a towel on the floor during the entire stay to soak up water. The bedroom has no A.C., just a box fan & ceiling fan & it was still pretty hot. The A.C. in the living room is on a timer and has a note above it saying that tampering with the timer will result in extra charges. I took this to mean that I wasn't allowed to touch the timer and it was set for certain times to be on. That wasn't actually the case. It never turned on unless you turned the dial so for the first few days we were pretty hot until I realized I had to turn it on. Then when the air conditioner was on, it was so loud you couldn't hear the tv unless you had it blaring so the majority of the time in the condo we had no air on. There's only one small futon that faces the tv and it's not super comfortable, nor is there room for more than 1 person to lie down. It would have been nice to have a 2nd tv in the bedroom. Also you had to press the start button on the microwave at least 3 times for it to start. This definitely wasn't a renovated condo as the listing title implied. The location was good with the beach just a short walk across the street. But overall, I wouldn't stay in this unit again.

Beaches upon beaches!

Wonderful little place to stay. Comfy futon couch that turns into a comfy bed, comfy bed in the bedroom. We were well rested for sure. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have laundry right there. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to delicious restaurants and good happy hours, cute shops, and most importantly beaches upon beaches! We walked right across the street and dropped down into a little cove at the beach for some beautiful sunsets and great swimming. Turtles at sunset were a 15 minute walk down the beach. It was a quick drive to prime snorkeling spots and easy drives to explore more of the island. We will return!

Great Getaway for 2!

We loved the location of this property. It was a very short distance to Charley Young Park and very walkable to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed was included plus extras like boogie boards, beach towels, beach umbrella, sand toys and tennis equipment. Super clean condo and great location!

Fun in the Sun

Great accommodations. Well equipped. Close to beach. Umbrellas for sun in poor condition so we bought a new Tommy Bahama one and left it in the condo. Hope future guests will enjoy it.

Good location

The location is very convenient, close to the beach access and food options. The Lanai is facing a busy road and the sun. So can be hot and a bit noisy out there (minus a star)... but a beautiful sunset might make you forget that. The condo is getting outdated, so minus a star.

The bedroom is stuffy . No window that I can open the one you have keys in all the noise in the co.

It’s not as I imagined . Ocean view . Airy room . There’s no spare garbage bags , toilet tissues , we have to go and grab everything. I did spend thousands of dollars here . No broom in the closet just this thing that you can’t sweep sand off the floor . The fan in the bedroom looks like it’s looose as it twrils around . I am really sorry to tell you all of this you know . But if I could have my money back I would have moved .
