Well equipped apartment with good quality furnishings, good location near to shops, restaurants and bars, but is far enough away to be quiet at night to sleep. The under ground car park is a added bonus if you are hiring a car I wouldn't hire anything bigger than a mid size car as it is narrow and may be difficult to park in the garage, and nearby street parking may be difficult during main season. If you arrive late evening there is a small 24 hr supermarket on the road to the apartment which is only a 5 minute walk away for basic supplies, like water and milk.We had a great stay and would definitely book this apartment again if available when we visit Calpe.

Appartement très bien situé et très fonctionnel, vous pouvez prendre votre repas sur le balcon avec une magnifique vue et le tout reste au calme. Piscine sympa avec peu de monde. Maribel répond rapidement et fait le maximum pour que le séjour soit le mieux possible. Top!

Recomiendo este alojamiento para pasar vacaciones con todas las comodidades (como en casa) y en 1era linea de mar para un acceso premium de la playa y de su paseo maritimo. El aire acondicionado nos permitio tambien no sufrir del calor de este verano muy caluroso! Alojamiento limpio, cerca de los comerciios para comprar y con una amfitriona disponible Si volvemos a Calpe, volveremos alli

Relax frente al mar

Tuvimos unas vacaciones estupendas. El alojamiento está muy bien situado frente al mar, en dos minutos estás en la playa por un lado y subiendo el peñón por otro. El apartamento está cuidado y tener aíre acondicionado en tres habitaciones es un lujo. Y lo más importante, tiene una terraza perfecta para desayunar, comer, cenar o simplemente relajarse frente al mar

Pegada a la playa

Una casa muy completa en un sitio excepcional. A la espalda del Peñón y con la playa a pie de puerta. Tiene garaje que es un gran plus porque la zona es complicada. Hemos estado fenomenal.

Muy buen apartamento para vacaciones

La ubicación es buena, las vistas maravillosas y la casa cumple perfectamente con lo necesario, si tuviera que poner algo negativo sería que la plaza de garaje no se accede por el ascensor y hay que sacar maletas y demás antes de guardar el coche, pero eso es un mal menor

Merveilleux séjour à Calpe

Nous aurions aimé y rester ! L’appartement de Maribel est juste parfait ! Il est parfaitement agencé et il ne manque rien. L’emplacement est très pratique pour les activités. La résidence est très bien entretenue, merci à Carla et au monsieur de la piscine car tout est toujours très propre !!! Calpe est une ville impressionnante par ses constructions mais elle a gardé le charme des petites villes espagnoles !! Et la plage, un paradis !! Bref super séjour, nous reviendrons c’est certain

Best apartment ever

The apartment was very well presented. Everything you would need for a holiday. Fabulous views from the balcony. After visiting Calpe for the last 30 years this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Hope to return next year.

Todo es como se ven en las fotos, el piso tiene de todo lo necesario, la terraza bastante amplia. Tiene muy buena ubicación con un acceso a la playa justo delante del edificio lo que nos vino perfecto. Nos encanto y esperamos poder volver.

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand

Wir sind / waren mit der Wohnung mehr als zufrieden. Auch das es kein WLAN mehr gab hat uns nicht großartig gestört. Es war alles sauber und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Leider konnte die Hausverwaltung nur spanisch aber es hat trotzdem super funktioniert. Vielleicht wäre als nächste Anschaffung ein ordentliches Doppelbett nicht verkehrt. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das einzige was etwas nervig war ist das Türschloss zum Haupthaus. Hier muss man tätig werden, es klemmte jedes mal und es war reine Glücksache rein zu kommen Der Pool war klein aber fein. Die Lage und die Aussicht war fantastisch. Wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Nada malo que decir del alojamiento. Todo genial, tal y como se describe en el anuncio y se ve en las fotos. Terraza espectacular, cerca de la playa, todo tipo de servicios en la zona... Gloria la encargada de darnos las llaves muy amable y siempre atenta con nosotros cada vez que nos veia. Si podemos repetiremos sin duda.

Genial apartamento

Tiene una ubicación excelente y todo lo necesario en el apartamento para hacer muy cómoda la estancia. No le falta detalle. La terraza es muy grande y unas vistas espectaculares. Tiene aire acondicionado pero apenas lo pusimos, ya que si abres la puerta de la cocina hace corriente y se está de maravilla. Maribel, la propietaria muy amable y responde enseguida cualquier cuestión que le preguntes. Sin duda repetiremos.
