Wow what a view. Local to all Altea resources including tram , bus ,shopping, bars , restaurants. Absolute beautiful apartment over looking beach front. Host was superb. Well maintained & clean in modern decor , will definitely go there again.

Yes, it was very good!The host was super nice and warmly welcomed us and showed us around, even though we arrived very late at night.

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the location, everything is walking distance, shops, restaurants, groceries etc. Floris was very nice and helpful. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect location

Apartment was clean and everything provided in the kitchen needed for your stay. Living room bright and comfortable with an amazing view. Only negatives were the bedding a bit tired looking and couldn’t get the oven to work properly but as we didn’t require it for the meals we had this wasn’t a problem. Would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Altea

Beach Front Apartment

Very nice and clean Apartment right on the beach front of Altea . The Apartment was nice and clean and spacious. It had everything you will need from washing machine and iron to chairs and sun brolly for the beach . We did miss a swimming pool but then we did have the sea . Would recommend.

Beautiful View

We stayed for four weeks as the apartment is lovely, the view from the balcony was stunning and if you like to sit and people watch it’s lovely. Lovely restaurants on the door step, supermarket across the road as is bus stop and the tram station is also near. Floris was lovely. The only negative for us was that it said cable and satellite tv but it was only Spanish and it would have been nice to watch some tv because the restaurants were closed by 9.30pm. Highly recommend this apartment it is lovely.

Fantastic!

My wife, sister-in law and I spent 11 nights in this apartment and the overall experience was fantastic.............. The view is stunning, both balconies receive the sun, the nearest supermarket is a 2 minute walk away, as is the bus stop. The apartment is modern and bright with good sized bedrooms. Floris was the perfect host, explained everything in detail and assured us that he was a phone call away if we required anything. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Idyllic Altea

Apartment was exceptionally clean fully equipped with the essentials, then there was the view this was to die for. Our host Floris was a great and happy guy, explaining everything we needed to know about the area etc. There was a downside this was the television it had no English programmes, you could stream but this was quite a challenge if you are not technically minded, there was no radio/ DVD player which would have been appreciated when you were staying in on an evening due to bad weather. The bus stop was outside of the building if you wanted a trip Benidorm/Albir etc. Would highly recommend this property

Great frontline apartment with fabulous views

We stayed at this great apartment 25/8- 2/9 2017 and had a great relaxing week The apartment is a very spacious apartment that is the length of the block so has a small balcony to the street side off the 3rd bedroom and a frontline balcony from the lounge to the sea The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Although above some great restaurants there is little noise at night as pedestrianised below Lots of restaurants right outside door- supermarket one minutewalk away - bus stop opposite apartment and tram denia- Alicante within a five minute walk so overall great central location with no need for a car Floris very attentive and easy to work with as he explains everything when he meets you Overall great relaxing time with friendly locals would recommend

We enjoyed very much!

I spent with my husbund two months in this apartment, and we really enjoyed our long holiday! Everything was very clean and in good order. All the rooms were spacious, also the bathrooms. It was easy to live in this apartment, because there was everything you need. Every morning we wake up to look on the balcony, how the sun rised over the sea. We could also see how the full moon appeared on the the horizon. This was wonderful experience! The appartment was in good location, everything was near: tram station, bus stop, supermarkets and every kind of other shops. It was also nice to walk straight to the old town, which was really charming. Floris was kind and care taking host. He gave quick answers if we asked something and helped if necessary. We had safety feeling! We´ll come back and recommend! Thank you, Floris!

Perfect location and a very nice flat.

Best location: a lot of restaurants, tram station only 5 min away, supermarket is 1 min. away. Short walk to the old beach but there is a new beach under conctruction right now, just in front of the balcony. The apartment itself is big, very clean and modern. Fully equipped kitchen where you can find just everething to prepare you meal like pans, knifes, glasses, garlic press, potato masher etc. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Every bedroom has a own bathroom with shower and wc. New and clean. Satellite TV has a lot of chanels and the internet is quite fast. You have a lot of towels and even the beach towels, sun umbrella, sun chair, cool box. Altea's old town is very nice. Floris is a very nice person. He met us punctually and explained everything. Hope to visit the place again next year when the new beach is finished. Thank you!

Amazing apartment in a great location

Excellent, outstanding apartment in a new building. We found the apartment in a spotless condition. Very clean and spacious. It has every utility you can dream of for a relaxed self-catering holiday, including a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, etc.) The WIFI connection was also very good. You really feel at home. Located right on the beachfront, you get an amazing view of the sea from the balcony, perfect for having breakfast or dinner looking over the Mediterranean. There is also a wide selection of restaurants and coffee shops along the promenade, while still being a very quiet area. It’s only a 10-minute walk to Altea’s old town, the marina and the fishing port, and there is a supermarket just across the street. Our hosts, Floris and Ingrid, were really warm and helpful. We had a problem with our car on the way to Altea and they even offered to help us do the shopping if necessary. They were also helpful in explaining places of interest around the area, and very keen on hearing how we were doing after the first days in town. They were on-call for anything we needed and always replied promptly to our messages. All in all a very nice stay and we’ll definitely consider booking this apartment again in the future. Läget på bostaden är fantastiskt bra. Väldigt nära till allt ... stranden, restauranger, butiker och all övrig service. Gratisparkering med laddstationer 10 minuters promenad. Incheckningen gick mycket smidigt och snabb och trevlig kontakt med värden.Lägenheten är mycket välutrustad, både kök och all övrig utrustning

Fantastiskt boende vid stranden i Altea

Vi hade 3 underbara veckor i Floris lägenhet. Bästa läge vid strandpromenaden , lugnt och tyst trots folklivet. Mycket välutrustad lägenhet, allting fanns med stor omsorg om gästerna. Livsmedelsbutik Consumer, 100 meter från entrén, stor gratisparkering ca 10 minuter bort där vi parkerade samtliga dagar förutom tisdag då marknaden är där. Kontakten med värden och incheckning/ utcheckning smidig. Vi vill definitivt komma tillbaka Margareta och Staffan

Heerlijke plek!

Fijn en schoon appartement. Alles is er wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Prettig contact met eigenaar. Ontbijtje op klein maar fijn zonnig balkon. Lekkere schone lucht asn de boulevard pal aan zee! We hebben genoten en hadden best langer willen blijven 😀😎
