ヴィラサニーは、アキラディスビーチのすぐ上の丘の上に位置し、有名なカナピツァ岬を見下ろす、新しく建てられたプライベートヴィラです。
ヴィラは、オリーブの木と松に囲まれた非常に大きな庭のある非常に広々とした環境で、気取らない豪華さと快適さを提供します。
2階建ての家には、3つのベッドルームと2つのバスルーム、広いリビングルーム、オープンプランのキッチンがあります。 両方のバルコニーはエーゲ海の無限の景色の恩恵を受けています。
花で満たされた庭は、それ自体が体験であり、自然の無数の宝物を提供し、ゲストが自分の野菜、果物、森の果実を収穫する機会を与えます。
家は自然にとても近いので、庭にはウサギ、キジ、ヤマウズラが頻繁に訪れます。

If I could give 10 stars I would

I can’t express enough how lovely this property is. The view is heaven, the house is incredibly comfortable and clean and the hosts were so helpful and honestly the nicest people we met in all of Skiathos. So helpful. We mostly cooked lunches or dinners in the amazingly well-equipped kitchen - you honestly never need to eat out if you like cooking. We saved our dinner at Kosta’s restaurant until our final night and it was so good I wished we had eaten there every night. We were 9 people in total- 6 adults and 3 kids under 10 and this place was perfect. They provided extra 2 cots for the kids and everyone slept very comfortably. Also the living space and the balconies provided enough space for all of us to hang out together but there was also enough space for personal time if you needed a break from the group. It’s not the cheapest island, for sure, and we were there in the peakest of the peak season so it was really nice to have a little sanctuary up the hill. If you don’t have transport (a car or at minimum a scooter) then it’s a serious hike up the hill so I’d say plan to rent a car if you stay here. It’s totally worth it. The closest beach is right at the bottom of the hill - Achladies, and it’s a really nice one. Also short drive to Koukounaries in one direction and the main town in the other direction. We’d definitely recommend Villa Sunny!

Amazing views and tranquility

We arrived late in the evening after dark and so the true splendour of Villa Sunny's situation was not revealed till the next day. This beautiful home sits 3/4 of the way up the mountain and overlooks the sea and the valley below. The area is full of nature with pines and olive trees all around. Villa Sunny itself sits in a very generous gardens that has many places to sit and relax or dine outside or barbecue on the supplied Weber. The owners have many pots of herbs around and some lovely vegetables in a patch which they offer for the guests' use. We were able to cook many delicious meals in the spacious kitchen which we then enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the sea. For us, this trip was about relaxation and enjoying the special atmosphere of Skiathos but we were so warmly welcomed by Kostas and his wife Sofia that we hope that we have created an unexpected new friendship. They are both knowledgeable of all the island and its many beaches and restaurants and very willing to answer any questions. Although they do not live on site, they were solitious when a severe storm came through, calling to make sure we had enough provisions. They made us feel so very welcome and relaxed. We would love to visit Villa Sunny another time, even despite its hair raising drive up the narrow (but paved) road with its many curves and steep inclines. We will just make sure and book a more powerful car or 4 wheel drive next time! The beds were very comfortable - firm - not too soft and all the bedrooms overlooked the sea and valley and had a terrace for enjoying the view. All in all, this is one of the best holidays we have taken. For those times when staying in, their is fast wifi and a generous sized flat screen tv that the owners have installed. We were able to use our own Netflix account without any problems at all. Wonderful time!

Ben oltre le aspettative!

Vista pazzesca, casa meravigliosa e i proprietari, Kostas e Sofia, a dir poco eccezionali. Villa Sunny si trova su un'altura a pochi chilometri dal centro di Skiathos Town. Consiglio di noleggiare scooter di buona cilindrata o una macchina, comodi e per girare l'isola e per raggiungere agevolmente l'abitazione. La villa si articola in due piani. Al piano terra le stanze da letto con due bagni e balconi panoramici. Al primo piano il salotto e la cucina in open space con un terrazzo dal panorama mozzafiato. Un giardino con tanto di amaca e orto circonda tutta l'abitazione. In casa troverete tutto quello che vi occorre. I proprietari predispongono pulizie e cambio di biancheria ogni tre giorni. Senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, hanno anche provveduto al servizio transfert da e per l'aeroporto. Insomma, come ben potrete aver potuto intendere, la soluzione ideale per un soggiorno a Skiathos!

Beyond the expectations

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Sunny in Skiathos. The villa was well stocked with everything we need and even more! The view from the villa was so beautiful (priceless), quiet and peaceful and just few minutes from main road. Hosts were very nice and professional, they also own the best restaurant in the town. We are definitely planning on coming again. It was the best family vacation ever!

FANTASTICA, TUTTO PERFETTO!

Casa a dir poco MERAVIGLIOSA, ancora meglio di quello che ci aspettavamo dopo aver visto le foto sul sito! Eravamo tre coppie e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è molto grande, pulita e dotata di ogni possibile comfort, c'è tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno: aria condizionata in ogni stanza, Wi-Fi, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, barbecue, lenzuola, salviette per il bagno, salviettoni per la spiaggia, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon,... c'è veramente di tutto; per non parlare della vista stupenda! La casa è composta da due piani, al piano terra ci sono i due bagni e tre stanze da letto tutte con balcone, al primo piano un salone grandissimo, la cucina con pentole, piatti, bicchieri e tutto ciò che serve e un balcone enorme con divanetti e tavolo da pranzo. A metà settimana vengono a fare le pulizie, cambiare lenzuola e salviette. C'è anche un giardinetto con barbecue, tavolo, amaca. I proprietari della casa, Kostas e Sofia, sono gentilissimi, professionali e sempre disponibili, hanno anche un ristorante buonissimo, AGNADIO, il posto dove abbiamo mangiato meglio in tutta l'isola! Per girare l'isola conviene noleggiare un mezzo di trasporto, noi abbiamo noleggiato i quad e andavano benissimo! Siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti, non potevamo chiedere di meglio! Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare a villa Sunny!

Una casa da sogno in un posto da sogno

Non ci sono parole per descrivere villa Sunny e la gentilezza dei proprietari. La casa è esattamente come descritta in foto, spazi molto grandi, bellissimo il piano superiore con soggiorno open space, vista mozzafiato, pulizie effettuate una volta alla settimana con cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola! La villa è situata in un posto strategico, con 15 minuti massimo si raggiungono i lati opposti dell'isola. L'unica pecca è la strada per arrivare, ma se il primo giorno può spaventare, dal secondo in poi si fa con tutta tranquillità (e noi eravamo sette diciannovenni con quad 100 e motorini 125). La taverna Agnadio, a gestione familiare sempre appartenente ai proprietari di casa, è stato il posto migliore in cui abbiamo mangiato, godendo anche di una vista incredibile sulla città. Insomma, Skiathos è favolosa, villa Sunny anche, direi che insieme sono un'accoppiata eccellente!

A truly amazing stay!

This is a really beautiful villa. Stunning panoramic views across the bay to the Kalamaki peninsula and across the surrounding hills to the sea ...our favourite views of the Island visible from every room. Spending time here was an absolute delight. The lounge on the upper floor is wonderfully spacious maybe 80 sq meters, with every conceivable comfort, as was the kitchen with Meile appliances, Espresso machine and enough crockery to host a large dinner party. Extensive balconies run around the length of the villa. Dining outside or simply soaking up the view with a glass of wine became a favourite pastime, especially at sunset. Sofia and Kostas were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On arrival we found fresh fruit and a great bottle of Rose. The villa was cleaned immaculately twice a week. Bedrooms were comfortable, each with doors onto the balcony. We would definitely recommend this villa for a stay on the beautiful island of Skiathos.

Bellissima villa panoramica

Bellissima villa con un panorama mozzafiato, provvista di tutto il necessario per rendere la vacanza confortevole. Il proprietario Kostas parla bene l'italiano ed è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile che potrà fornirvi preziosi consigli su questa fantastica isola (una delle più belle delle 20 isole greche dove sono già stato) oltre che farvi assaggiare la vera cucina greca nel suo ristorante Agnadio. Riassumo le mie considerazioni con un "tutto perfetto"; se proprio devo trovare una pecca sta nella strada che porta alla villa che essendo in collina è alquanto ripida e con un ultimo tratto sterrato, ma il tutto è ripagato dal panorama ineguagliabile !!! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

GRAZIE GRAZIE GRAZIE!!

La nostra vacanza a Villa Sunny è stata perfetta: eravamo in 8 (7 adulti tra i 27 e i 38 anni e una ragazzina di 13) e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. I proprietari della casa, Kostas e Sofia, gentilissimi e disponibili per tutto, sono venuti a prenderci in aeroporto e ci hanno accompagnato alla villa mostrandoci la strada e dandoci una veloce panoramica dell'isola. Villa Sunny è molto bella e funzionale: al piano terra ci sono le tre camere con i bagni e una terrazza spaziosa; al primo piano la zona giorno open space con salotto, tavolo da pranzo e cucina attrezzata di tutto, e la grande terrazza, con il tavolo per mangiare e il salottino per il rilassarsi, di sicuro la parte della casa più usata da noi, anche per l'incredibile vista panoramica. Le camere sono tutte e tre spaziose: nella padronale c' è addirittura un'ampia cabina armadio. Uno dei due bagni ha la vasca idromassaggio, utile per un po' di relax dopo una giornata di sole. La casa è pulitissima: a metà settimana, Sofia si occupa delle pulizie con cambio lenzuola, asciugamani e saponi da bagno. Nel giardino esterno c'è un grande barbecue in pietra, un angolo con varie spezie fresche come rosmarino, timore, basilico e anche un orto che Kostas mette a disposizione e che offre pomodori e cetrioli buonissimi. Per gli spostamenti noi abbiamo optato per il noleggio dell'auto: la strada per raggiungere la villa è per metà asfaltata e per metà sterrata, un po' ripida in alcuni tratti; un piccolo compromesso per godere della tranquillità e della vista che la casa offre. La villa è comunque situata in un ottimo punto dell'isola: in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Skiathos o dalla parte opposta il famoso locale sulla spiaggia "Bananistas". Un consiglio che dobbiamo dare è di cenare alla taverna di Kostas e Sofia: il cibo è delizioso, la loro moussaka in particolare è gustosissima e leggera, e dalla terrazza dove si mangia c'è una fantastica vista sul porto che rende l'atmosfera romantica. Soggiornare a villa Sunny è stata la migliore scelta, non solo per la casa ma anche dal punto di vista umano per la gentilezza e la cordialità che Kostas e Sofia ci hanno dimostrato. Wonderful

It is a wonderful place - beautiful, the view is splendid, spacious, clean, a lot of privacy. Everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed cooking using the aromatic plants from the garden. The owners, Kostas and Sofia are very nice people, very helpful. They have also a Taverna where they serve delicious greek food and have a wonderful view as well. Una villa da sogno...

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Sunny in 6 (tutti adulti). I proprietari di casa, Kostantino e sua moglie Sofia, sono venuti a prenderci in aeroporto (dista circa 10 minuti dalla casa, la cui posizione quindi è ottima sia per l’andata sia per il ritorno) e ci hanno accompagnato alla casa. La villa si trova su una collina dalla quale si domina tutto il paesaggio e il mare: la vista è veramente mozzafiato. Si accede da una strada per metà asfaltata e per l’altra metà sterrata: consigliamo comunque in ogni caso di provvedere a noleggiare un mezzo, che sia un’auto, un motorino, un quad (la scelta a nostro avviso migliore). L’appartamento è enorme, distribuito su 2 piani, pulito, arioso e luminoso. E’ dotato di ogni comfort: dalla biancheria completa anche per la spiaggia, a tutti i tipi di pentole, padelle, set da colazione, tovaglie, ai contenitori ermetici e termici per portare i cibi fuori, al robot da cucina, ai fornelletti per tenere lontane le zanzare… c’è veramente di tutto! L’arredamento è nuovo, di gusto e tenuto benissimo…del resto la casa è la residenza invernale dei proprietari! Anche gli elettrodomestici sono di ottimo livello, tenuti benissimo e molto funzionali (forno, frigorifero, cucina con piastre elettriche). Le stanze sono grandi, con armadi e cassettiere a volontà: nella stanza padronale c’è anche una fantastica cabina armadio! Le stanze hanno grandi finestre e balconi e la possibilità di aggiungere anche altri posti letto. La casa dispone anche di un bel terrazzo attrezzato con 2 set di tavoli e sedie per mangiare fuori e rilassarsi. La parte esterna alla villa comprende un bel giardino, una zona barbecue arredata con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone parasole e un parcheggio per auto / quad sotto una tettoia. A metà settimana i proprietari si sono occupati fare le pulizie e cambiare biancheria e asciugamani e il giorno della partenza ci hanno riaccompagnato in aeroporto. La casa, oltre ad essere vicina all’aeroporto, si trova in un punto strategico poiché, sempre in 10 minuti di quad o macchina, si raggiungono facilmente il porto e il centro di Skiathos nonché supermercati vari, pompe di benzina, ed inoltre è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le tante spiagge dell’isola. Siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi della sistemazione scelta, i proprietari sono persone squisite, disponibilissime e veramente gentili e ospitali. Si sono offerti di darci informazioni sui luoghi

We had a wonderful time at Sunny Villa. It is in a great position, only ten minutes drive from the closest beach and with a lovely view. Peaceful, spotlessly clean, the kitchen is very well equipped (huge saucepans!) and well maintained. The owner Kostas and his beautiful wife did everything to keep us happy (thanks again for the lovely meal!) and the figs from the garden were fantastic. We are looking forward to returning again!

Sloman family holiday - Villa Sunny, Skiathos

I stayed at Villa Sunny with my wife and 2 children for the week from 1st June 2012. We were warmly greeted at the airport by Kostas, the villa owner, who transferred us to the villa straight away (It takes about 15 minutes from the airport). In all honesty Kostas and his wife Sofia could not have done more to make our stay at Villa Sunny more enjoyable. The villa is spotlessly clean, fitted out to a high specification throughout and the views have to be seen to be believed. In terms of location, we enjoy walking so the walk up the fairly steep hill to the villa was not a problem for us but others might prefer to hire a car. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk down to the main road and there is a bus stop as soon as you get there. If you choose to walk, the bus service is very good and takes you to either end of the island at a very reasonable price. There is also a water taxi service which runs frequently from Achladies beach to the town and back which is great fun and very cooling on a warm day. This was our 11th visit to Skiathos since about 1990 and the first time we decided to go for a bit of luxury. We are so glad we did because Villa Sunny gave us everything we wanted and more.
