Villa PanoramaはSternes村の隣に位置し、マラティとルートラキの有名な砂浜からわずか2kmです。 それは丘の側に位置していますので、ヴィラはSouda湾の素晴らしい景色と私達のゲストのための完全なプライバシーを提供しています。 Villa Panoramaは230㎡の広さで、5ベッドルームに10名、必要に応じて最大12名まで宿泊できます。

1階の別荘に入ると、追加のリビングルーム、室内のダイニングエリア、設備の整ったキッチンが備わる広々とした明るいオープンプランのエリアがあります。プールエリアとSouda湾の素晴らしい景色を望むだけでなく、プールへのアクセスを提供します。 リビングルームには、広く快適なソファー、55インチのハイビジョンテレビ（プレイステーション3）、そして家族で過ごすのに最適な暖炉があります。 リビングルームの隣にはキッチンと通じるダイニングエリアがあります。 設備の整ったキッチンには、自炊用の休日や家族の食事に必要なものがすべて揃っているほか、4人用の正方形のダイニングテーブルもあります。 大きな窓があるため、エリア全体が日当たりと風通しがよく、美しい海の景色を楽しめます。 さらに1階にはVilla Panoramaの残りの3つのベッドルームがあり、全室にハイドロマッサージシャワー付きの専用バスルームがあります。 2つのベッドルームにはキングサイズベッド（1,60 x 2,00）があり、1つのベッドルームにはシングルベッド2つ（0,90 x 2,00）があります。 最後に、バスタブと2台目の洗濯機を備えた家族用バスルームがあります。

We had the most incredible time at this villa! Sometimes online photos can be overly flattering, but in this case, the photos truly represented the villa perfectly—and that stunning view really is just as breathtaking in person as it looks in the pictures.A massive thank you to Sofia, the house manager, who was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. She was a truly wonderful host and made sure every single detail was perfect for us; absolutely nothing was too much trouble.It is abundantly clear that the property is meticulously maintained and kept to an exceptionally high standard. On top of that, the location is ideal: super easy to access from the airport, yet remarkably peaceful with barely any aeroplane noise to be heard at all.We had a fantastic experience and would certainly return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We had a great time

We had a great time at the villa. Super beautiful house, nice hosts who were always helpful with all questions we had. The view is amazing and there are no close neighbors. One minor thing: the wifi was not strong enough for online meetings. Overall, very much recommended :-)

Panorama Pleasure!

A wonderful calming, healing location. We will definitely return, Everything was perfect. I was unfortunately unwell on arrival and Sophia kindly went to the pharmacy to sort me out. She went beyond the call of duty and I was so touched by her kindness. Well done Panorama!

Panorama Paradise ~ Look No Further!

Truly exceptional. The views of Souda Bay with the dramatic White Mountains behind and surrounding olive groves are breath taking. The villa is meticulously appointed and squeaky clean. This accommodation was perfect for our group of three families to include 3 teens who had the bottom level as their independent zone. The pool, patio seating and outdoor grill complex was perfect for our evening meals and card games. Location also perfect. Minutes from Chania airport and a few more into Chania old town for culture, gyros, and shopping. We loved every minute. Big thanks to etouri property management for their exceptional communication, anticipating every practical detail from transfers to car rentals. We so thoroughly enjoyed our panoramic paradise in Crete and highly recommend this villa and Etouri management company. Efcharisto poli! 🇬🇷

Villa Panorama Crete

A fabulous week in this villa, we ranged from 16months to 60 yrs, 8 of us all told and this villa fitted the bill brilliantly. Etouri were superb and we had every whim ( should we have wished it) offered. Villa Panorama just has every thing and more should you need equipment wise. The small village of Marathi is only a few Km away with several restaurants to choose from, we had lunch there on three separate days in 3 different restaurants and obviously the beach is there as is boat hire (which we did - no licence needed - my son is 26) Otherwise we bar b qued every night in the outdoor kitchen. You do need a car I would say but taxis are easy to get too and complete bonus is you are so close to the airport and although you do see/hear the odd plane it certainly wasn’t an issue at all. In fact it’s an incredibly quiet villa. We all loved it.

La villa est juste extra et la Crète et les crétois très sympa Il y a juste le carrelage autour de la piscine hyper glissant une fois mouillé ce qui a valu quelques belles chutes des enfants …. Sans gravité Le ronronnement de la VMC était trop perceptible la nuit dans l’appartement du haut . Sinon un séjour familial idéal pour nous tou

Stunning views from luxury villa

The house was perfect for a holiday of two families with teenagers kids: plenty of space both inside the house and outside, large pool area with enough sunbeds, umbrellas and chill out places for all. Nice large outside table with wind protection. Upper and lower floor not connected by inside stairs. Optimally equipped upstairs kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and plates/glasses, did not use lower kitchen/living room. Very easy and effective communication with Kostas and his crew. They took great care of our extra wishes such as birthday cakes and greek dance lessons around the pool…great fun, thanks for that!! Overall fantastic place to spend comfortable family days close to sea and local tavernas as well as Chania.

Villa de Standing avec vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Souda

Grande villa de standing avec le nécessaire et bien assez de place pour 12 personnes.
