The property was excellent. The facilities were wonderful, the location fantastic and the host extremely friendly and helpful. The sea and lovely beach is a very short stroll and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, all reasonably priced.

Fantastic Villa!

Amazing location - even more amazing villa. Really well equipped, spacious and communications with Michael were second to none. We have already planned our next visit! As a family of 10 who are well travelled, we couldn’t recommend this villa enough.

Sea Queen Villa Chania

We enjoyed the fantastic villa and the beautiful surroundings with the nearby facilities such as the beach, the park with the playground and the various cafes and restaurants.Definitely recommended for a nice holiday on Crete with the whole family.

Don't hesitate - just book it!

What an amazing villa, and Mike, the manager, is the best host we have ever had. Nothing is to much trouble for him. Mike, we can't thank you enough. The villa itself is so clean. Aircon extremely efficient, and appreciated. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds so comfortable, all with pillow and mattress protectors, sadly lacking at so many villas. Showers roomy with plenty of pressure. Top floor bedroom is amazing. All bedrooms are en suite, yet another plus point. There were 8 of us and we all agreed it was our best holiday ever! The price was so low for a villa of such excellent quality, with the bonus of a super swimming pool and enough loungers for everyone. There's everything you could possibly need here - several small beaches to choose from. A short bus ride to Chania, with bus stop almost opposite the villa. Decent bars and restaurants, with staff who remember you! Outdoor gym over the road. Supermarkets within walking distance. The list is endless. Thank you Mike for all your help in making this a 5 star holiday for us.

Beautiful villa in a great location

This villa is stunning, spacious and immaculately presented. The photos really don't do it justice. It took us a while to find something that would suit our adult family and friends and this villa certainly ticked all the boxes. It's perfectly located opposite a big park that leads to a lovely little sandy beach. Some nice restaurants and bars to choose from. An easy (and inexpensive) air-conditioned bus ride into Chania Old Town. Beautiful pool and secluded garden. Great BBQ and outside dining area. Plenty of secure parking. The four double bedroom are equally and well-proportioned with lovely en suites. The master suite on the first floor is absolutely beautiful and huge! Mike is an excellent host. Very welcoming and happy to help with any query about the villa, Chania or the wider area. What a great holiday!

Underbar semester

Ett perfekt boende med mycket bra standard, bra pool för barnen. Nära till restauranger och butiker men inte minst till havet, och parken med lekplats utanför grinden var en höjdare. Tack till Mike för sin generositet och hjälp under veckan.

Traumhafte Villa und super Gastgeber!

Wir können die Villa wirklich nur jedem empfehlen. Wir hatten vor dem Aufenthalt einige Fragen, bei denen uns Michail jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert und es war alles top für uns vorbereitet. Auch während des Aufenthalts war unser Gastgeber immer erreichbar, falls wir eine Frage hatten. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar einen Weinkühlschrank, einen Sandwichtoaster und einen Cocktailmixer. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes, vollausgestattetes Bad inkl. Föhn. Die Lage ist ebenfalls klasse. 100m zu verschiedenen Stränden, Restaurants und Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke und durch die Bushaltestelle direkt ums Eck braucht man nicht einmal zwangsweise einen Mietwagen für Ausflüge. Wirklich traumhaft.

This villa is very beautiful. On the edge of town. Next to a park and a beach. Surrounded by nice restaurants. 1 block from supermarkets. Easy transport to downtown. Mike, the property manager, is willing to help with almost anything!

GORGEOUS PROPERTY/ GREAT LOCATION

We are three couples from Canada who stayed there from June 1-8, 2019. The villa was perfect in every way. It was spotless when arrived and met Michael who was very gracious and helpful and gave us a full tour before leaving us on our own. After viewing the villa on line all our expectations were met. It perfectly met our needs. For us the location was also perfect. The beach right across the street was great and has a couple of beach cafes for food and drink. Also because it is in a sheltered cove it always calm which we prefer. The villa is also in a relatively quiet location which we also prefer. Having seen the busy beach/hotel areas to the east and west of the villa this was much more desirable. Several tavernas are a few minutes walk away and the Synka and Lidl supermarkets are just up the street. Given how hot the beach could get the villa and the pool were a nice, quiet retreat. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Sea Queen. Five stars all the way!!

Fantastic villa!

We had an amazing stay in may 2019! The house was large and spacious and everything was available. Really luxurious! We used the nearby beaches, the bus to Chania and ate at the nearby restaurants. Mike, who rented out the house, was very helpful and very friendly. We can really recommend this paradise!

Fantastic modern villa in a great location

Just spent an amazing week in the Sea Queen Villa, it has all your home comforts and much more to make your stay a perfect one! The villa is very modern and spacious inside and out. The villa has a great pool and BBQ area for relaxing in the sun or if you’re feeling energetic there is an outside gym across the road. A short walk to the sandy beach will take you a couple of minutes, which has a very nice beach bar for drinks and snacks. Location of the villa is great with the beach two minutes away and two very well stocked supermarkets just up the road, which gives your plenty of choice if you wish to dine in. There is a bus stop just outside the villa across the road. Number 21 takes you down to the harbour, which is a beautiful setting, full of restaurants, bars and shops which makes a lovely day out. Mike the property Manager is on hand for any questions you might have, he is very helpful and was contactable via email or mobile. He also arrange our transfers from the airport to the villa which we found very reasonable and the service was first class. So thank you to the Sea Queen villa / Crete for giving us such a wonderful family holiday to remember!

Sea Queen Villa is simply...STUNNING !! Would recommend without hesitation.

We have just had 10 fabulous days at Sea Queen Villa with a family party of eight people from 12 to 78 years and everyone had a great time. The Villa is simply stunning, well maintained and exceptionally well equipped. There was plenty of space for everyone indoors and out and the pool is beautifully clean and refreshing! However the best thing is property manager Mike who goes out of his way to help and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area and any other places you may wish to visit. He also organised airport transfers for us at very competitive prices, which I would highly recommend especially if you are flying in to Heraklion as we did. The taxi/minibus was top notch and extremely comfortable. There are car rental offices within walking distance of the villa if you do want to get out and about. Lots of restaurants (we would recommend Kuchina Galerie) and shops within walking distance. There are four fabulous beaches within a 10 minute walk and Chania Old Town is only 10 minutes in a taxi (cheaper than the bus if there are a few of you) or 45 minutes walk. Sea Queen Villa is one of the best places we have stayed in and I would recommend without hesitation.

The location of this new Villa is really the best in Chania. Locals use the park for various athletic activities and events. Next to blue flag awarded beaches, close to supermarkets and restaurants and only 4 km away from Chania city centre. Privacy is guaranteed as the villa is within a land of 5500m2, separated from a high wall from the park of Agii Apostoloi largest natural "lung"of Chania.
