The apartment/condo was great for a family of 3. The king-size bed was really comfortable for my wife and I and the sofa bed was great for our college-age daughter. The location is great, 5 minute drive from the town of Culebra by car. We rented a Jeep for our stay. Based on the distance from town and quality of the roads (lots of potholes on Culebra Island) I would recommend renting a car, not a cart. The condo was very clean, linens and towels were like new and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with amenities. An unexpected benefit was the commercial ice-maker. It was really handy. There were also beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and ice-coolers available for use, which was great for our trips to Flamenco Beach. We loved staying here and would stay again. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations!

Paradise

We have rented from Albert before. He never disappoints. His condo is always spotless and he always has it nice and cool. He’s very responsive and so easy to work with. Having the commercial ice maker is a major benefit. We will always book with Albert.

A must vacay stay!

Absolutely beautiful area, room was clean and supplied with what you need to have a great time on Culebra! I would highly recommend, you will not regret it.

Wonderful stay

The stay was wonderful the actual unit we stayed in was great the owner even provided extras such as beach towels , cooler , beach chairs and umbrella. Also provided everything you need to cook with even and air fryer which we used a lot. It was very clean the only issue we had the owner fixed immediately, his response time is excellent. As for the property the pool and hot tub area were a little run down it looks like it was once a beautiful resort it has a swim up bar that's no longer functional and the hot tub does not heat up and the bubbles rarely turn on but the pool is beautiful and it's heated. I was a little disappointed about the hot tub but that's not the unit owners fault and he did relay the message to the property management. Overall give it 9/10 rating would be a 10 if the hot tub worked.

Amazing Island, great accommodations.

The resort was very well maintained although some of the facilities showed the impact of past storms. The pool was nice. The unit was impeccable! The owner was thoughtful enough to leave a beach umbrella and beach chairs. The place was quiet except for maybe a rooster or two in the morning. The road leading to the resort was a little rough but not a problem. Albert was very responsive when we had a question about getting in. We had a wonderful week and would recommend this place highly. We’ll be back!

Excellent Stay!

Staying at this property made our visit to Culebra even more perfect! Albert provided everything we needed and more! We were thrilled to have a beach umbrella and chairs and even a cooler for a day trip to Culebrita. The unit was impeccably clean and we loved the extra amenities like the ice maker, patio chairs, and electric bug killer. The only downside, if any, was the location in reference to town but we rented a golf cart and planned accordingly. The facility pool was beautiful and clean as well! We had a view of the bay and sunsets in the evening. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again!

Great space for a small fam

The apartment was in top shape, the ice machine was a big plus considering the new year's eve wknd. The apt building location is more accesible in a golf car rather than a jeep. The community and access is in need of some TLC. The host was very accesible. Will try it again.

Awesome property

Albert was easy to work with. He made sure the a/c was on and condo was cool and comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back. Our flights were delayed and he quickly responded and helped us with accommodations. Thank you for everything!

Nice condo /a few flaws

Nicely decorated with comfortable king size bed (listing says queen). You must use the ac because there are no window screens and no ceiling fan. But the ac is located above the bed and blows cold air directly on you. Needs potholders, dishrack, a mixing bowl, soap, napkins. Great pool.

We enjoyed the quietness on the island

Renting was easy, and the check in directions were a breeze, the room was perfect for us for 5 days. It had a super comfy bed and pillows and the grounds and pool were well maintained. Finding restaurants on the island that were open was a challenge, most days we cooked in the mini kitchen after picking up groceries. Go to Happy Landing for frozen bushwackers! Our host was very responsive to all requests we made. The crystal clear water around the island made for awesome snorkeling! We’ll be back 😀

Very happy

The pictures don’t do this villa justice. Our stay was better than expected. We arrived to a cooled off place because they were thoughtful and left the AC on for us. Delighted at how clean and updated this place is. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well. The layout is perfect. The ice machine is so convenient. It seems the owners thought of everything. Our communication was excellent and they are very welcoming. Excited to come back to this space next time. Thanks again Albert!
