The view was unobstructed and absolutely beautiful! The pool was great! The staff at the bar and wait staff atbthe restaurant were all wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Overall a great unit...really can't say a single negative thing about it...the facility was nice..although not sufficient chairs at eitbeach or pool to meet demand...and the weight lifting equipment very lacking but outstanding cardio/yoga/cross fit equipment.

Great place exactly as advertised

This place is great, views amazing, well maintained. Easy check in and very safe. Only negatives is the wait for elevator can take a bit so leave extra time and the service at bar near pool wasn’t good (they need to have more than one bartender (he was trying his best just overwhelmed).

"It was a pleasure hosting Stephen. They were respectful of the house rules, kept the apartment clean, and communicated well throughout their stay". In reference to the towel fee, I m assuming is the resort fee. Unfortunately, the fee, its mandatory for all guests and covers the daily use of an umbrella, 2 chairs and towels for the beach and pool area. We'd gladly host him again. Loved it!

Fantastic place to stay with sensational views, a modern kitchen and great facilities. Unit was well situated given slow building elevators as you could take the stairs down to the pool. I have stayed at the Hyde several times and this unit was perfect for me.

Loved our stay

The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a logistics issue with our check out and she quickly contacted the building manager and it was promptly resolved to my satisfaction making our final day at the beach much more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend staying in this unit

Great vacation!

The property was just as it was listed. Great view of the ocean, pool and town from the balcony of this condo. Clean and ready for us when we arrived. We found everything we needed and never had to contact the property managers. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider a return visit.

The unit was as advertised. The views were awesome. The staff on site was friendly. I would recommend more toilet paper & some Kleenex’s. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful stay

This is the third year in a row that we have chosen to stay here. The property is fantastic, and the owners are very accommodating. The only thing that continues to be unfortunate is the property management company. Key cards consistently don’t work and the check-in process takes a really long time. Also, it’s incredibly difficult to get a chair on the beach. It took 45 minutes of waiting in line to get towels.

Amazing!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights/6days and didn’t want to leave! Condo and view are absolutely gorgeous! Condo is super clean. It has everything you could possibly need. Bed and furniture are very comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy and quick. Elevators and valet parking with minimal wait times. Resort is beautiful and is oceanfront. Pool very relaxing with plenty of space for all guest. We went to Haulover beach (IYKYK about that beach) several days, then drove to the keys for a day. We go every year to Haulover beach, this condo is definitely one we will stay at in the future. We felt very safe and welcomed. Hotel staff very polite and helpful to guest. Owners very informative with quick responses. Thanks for allowing us to stay we had an amazing time and we will return!!!

Ok stay

The individual condo is great. Most of the appliances worked well, you have ocean views and its right on the beach. The issue is the resort itself. You have to carry around a card to get beach towels and you have to wear a wristband to get anywhere. You can't take it off even when you are sleeping. The restaurants are over priced and aren't very good.

Beautiful rental property!

The oceanfront condo is exactly as the pictures show. It is brand new, very clean and very well maintained. Both the bed and pull out sofa bed are very comfortable. It has a spacious terrace with beautiful ocean views on one side and a city view on the other side. The beautiful beach is easily accessible. The owner is very accommodating and responsive during the whole rental process. We would definetly rent from them again.

Relaxing holiday

We really enjoyed are stay at this unit. Everything was impecable and the unit was very functional. They provided a pack and play which was very convenient, as we were traveling with our 23mo. Very nice view. Elevator waits were reasonable except at peak hours (check in-check out times). We were disappointed to see that only was Pool was available however didn’t have any issues finding sitting in the pool area and didn’t feel super crowded.

Wonderful unit and owners- hard time with the resort

The unit, view, amenities were fantastic. The communication was prompt and easy. Clean and you feel at home! The resort had a few issues. The key cards are not reliable and elevators are slow. If this unit- with these owners- was in a different resort- 10 stars

Nice and modern

Very nice apartment. Clean, spacious, wonderful views, great kitchen and very pretty pool. Having the valet service was an inconvenience since we needed a car often because not much is a walkable distance. Went to the boardwalk twice and would recommend doing that. Great for people watching, drinks and dinner. Had no problem getting chairs at the pool or beach. The home is very well stocked. Balcony is big and we spent a lot of time out there (even when it was raining) Thank YOU for a relaxing week.

Take me back to paradise...

First let me start off by saying I am not easy to please (my husband will definitely agree.) This place is fabulous. I booked this unit for 3 nights out of my week long stay in Florida and after an awful experience at another "highly rated" hotel residence I texted Garrett at 10 pm hoping he had vacancy in his unit and fortunately since this place is brand new he did. We ended up staying at Hyde for 7 nights and it was great. The property just opened its doors approximately 3 weeks ago and this unit is a luxurious home away from home. The southern ocean and intercostal views from the large balcony are spectacular. The condo is appointed with a full high end kitchen with Bosch appliances, living room with convertible couch that turns into queen sized bed perfect for my 2 girls, and a super comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom. The restaurant and pools were gorgeous with a South Beach high end feel, and the restaurant was also great. Although they are working out kinks with the hotel service since they are so new, everything else about this place is great. I can't wait to visit again. (Something I don't say often.) Thanks Garrett for being so responsive and willing to help make our stay so wonderful. We can't wait to return.
