Bel appartement, très bien situé.

L'immeuble aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi mais l'appartement est agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer (au delà du parking au premier plan). Il est très bien situé pour se balader à pied dans l'agréable ville de Levanto. Le gestionnaire est aimable et très réactif.

Great location

This was the perfect home base for our travels the Cinque Terre and surrounding towns. Everything was in walking distance (restaurants and the trains). Communication and check in where so easy. Would definitely return.

Perfect stay

We had a fab stay here. Apt is right in the centre of town and has the bonus of having an ocean view. Plenty of space for 4 of us, all got our own bedrooms too. Nice to stay beyond the cinque terre towns which get very crowded. Plenty of good restos and apperitivos in the beach bar was a perfect way to start the evening! Highly recommend

Second stay, no surprises. Very happy

We had an excellent stay at this property again. The only noticable difference to our last stay during covid-time is that the location was very lively due to all the restaurants and bars nearby and therefor it was quite noisy at night.

Beautiful Mare Bello

My family spent six glorious nights in this splendid apartment. This is a very large, well-appointed apartment. We didn't want for anything at all. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed several home cooked meals there. Mauro made check-in/check-out so easy and even transported us to/from the train station. The apartment is so light and full of large windows that provided wonderful breezes. There is a small terrace off one of the bedrooms that made a perfect spot to people watch with a glass of wine. But the best part was how accessible the beach area was. Just a few steps and you are sitting on a very beautiful sandy beach. Renting beach loungers was never an issue and the beach was never overly crowded as compared to nearby Monterosso. Levanto is truly a Ligurian gem and a perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. The train station is a short walk from the apartment. We wouldn't hesitate to stay a Mare Bello again.

Traumwohnung mitten im Zentrum

Wir sind durch Zufall auf dieses Appartement gestossen, was ein echter Glücksgriff war. Der erste Eindruck war der einer Zeitreise. Das Apartment scheint schon älter zu sein, aber im positiven Sinn, nicht abgewohnt. Es ist sehr stimmig mit schönen alten Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr hoch und geräumig, die Küche gut eingerichtet. Einzig der alte Kühlschrank scheint bei frischer Beladung etwas zu kämpfen und benötigt recht lange bis der Inhalt gekühlt ist. Auch ohne Klimaanlage lässt sich das Apartment hervorragend temperieren(Rollos, Luftzug am Abend) Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Parksituation ist nicht ideal, da wir das Auto recht weit weg parken mussten(ca 10 min zu Fuß, beim Bahnhof). Allerdings haben wir das Auto die ganze Woche nicht benötigt. Wir können das Appartment auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen,
