We had a wonderful three night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the hiking in the area, the fire place and the serenity of the garden. The living room is a fantastic space for enjoying a movie in front of the firegazing out the arch windows over the beautiful garden.

What a truly amazing place.

What a truly amazing place. The pictures are very accurate but it feels so much nicer than the pictures. The outdoor area is amazing and offers several seating options. We loved our time at the Villa and hope to return.

We stayed in this villa for 1 week and we had a great time.

We stayed in this villa for 1 week and we had a great time. The house is easy to clean, the location very remote (which is nice), a nice pool and very nice rooms. You have to have a car to get around, but visiting the Calas and city’s in die area is an absolute dream! As the house is very remote it’s quite usual to have some bugs around, but with the right tools you can get rid of them. We would recommend staying here and would come back again!

Huge Property with a very nice garden and pool area. Perfect spot for balmy summer evenings, BBQ timejust reading a book in the hammock. Hiking trails close by. Grab a coffee at Bar Restaurante Es Pont in the morning. Small supermarket in walking distance (3min.)The house is very clean and Slow Villas contact assists you with every question you have.You will have a wonderful time there.

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The Villa is beautiful and the location is great, very quiet but in walking distance to a lovely small town and 25 minutes from palma and beaches. We did not have any issues with mouldsmelly bathrooms. It’s just like the pictures and really beautifully designed. We would definitely return and think the current review score doesn’t really do it justice.That being said, the Villa could be even better if it was maintained better. Many things are brokennot in perfect condition which is a pity. As long as this persists, the nightly rate is pretty steep. Communication with slow villas was good, although it’s not ideal to have to go to the office to pick up the keys. However, they were very accommodating with checking in early and leaving late which was really appreciated! This could be an amazing place if it got some more love…

Im Dorf selbst gibt es neben einem Supermarkt auch kleinere Bars/Restaurants, die kulinarisch einiges zu bieten haben. Für größere Gruppen eignet sich die Finca meiner Meinung nach ideal, die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Check-In war völlig unkompliziert, der Kontakt mit der Agentur lief reibungslos.

Wunderbare Finca am Rande des Serra de Tramuntana

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden eine Woche zu Gast. Wunderschöner Innen- & Außenbereich. Gerade die stilvolle Ausstattung ist besonders hervorzuheben. In direkter Umgebung ein kleines Örtchen mit schönen Kaffees, Restaurant und Weinbar. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat ist das umfangreiche Weinregal mit vielen mallorquinischen Weinen im Supermarkt um die Ecke. Palma ist mit dem Auto nur 15-20 min entfernt. Wir haben aber auch etliche Strände im Osten der Insel aufgesucht, ohne dass man ewig im Auto gesessen hätte. In Summe wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Great vacation

We were traveling a family of 6, all adults. Prior to going we received a throughout instruction by mail how to pickup keys and how to find the house. The house was even better than expected, quiet location but short walk distance to small supermarket and restaurants. House inside great and modern setup. House outside magnificent with large pool area lovely garden. Really cool outdoor kitchen in connection with the large terrace. All in all highly recommended. And thy team from Slow Villas is helpful and very supportive. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Location but the service was not 100%

I assume Corona and the circumstances have been responsible for the hiccups we experienced. Trash was picked up quite late, pool was not cleaned and we ran out of gas during a barbecue and were asked to buy it ourself and some of the stuff like the hover did not work. But anyway we had a great time and we recommend Roca Verde. We felt home and comfortable and the majority of the property was in good conditions. We will be back :)

Perfect family holiday

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday here. The location is perfectly situated on the edge of a picturesque Mallorcan village. It's a short 5 min walk into the village, where you can find a grocery store, cafes, a restaurant, etc. The villa is 20 mins from Palma, a short drive to the coast, and easy access to major roads. I recommend the Galilea Trattoria and Lounge located 10 mins drive from the villa - a nice atmosphere, great views and excellent pizza! The house has everything you will need to cook meals or just relax. The outdoor spaces are perfectly set up to enjoy the surrounding nature and a bit of sunshine. It also has great pool, though a bit fresh in early March! I certainly recommend this villa and would stay here again.
