The perfect location!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Wonderful views everywhere. So easy to walk into town yet quiet and secluded. Plus the huge benefit of steps directly down to the bay, with a generous supply of snorkeling kit and SUPs. We'll go back as soon as we can.

Listing had a great photographer

The place was nice and had a great location an view, but the house was not very clean when we arrived. The deck was full of leaves and the house looked like it had dirt everywhere on the floors. We just didn't feel clean. The main problem was the ant infestation. The owners need to invest $30-50 a month for a pest control service. Ants were everywhere. In the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, on the beds. I told the property manager and he kind of shrugged his shoulders and told me to use the bug spray. It did not give me any confidence that they cared. I like to write positive reviews, but the care the owners/property managers took was not very high.

The house is surrounded by nature, trees and the sea, so although we clean thoroughly before each check-in and after each check-out, it is very possible that you find leaves on the terrace if it is windy, mosquitoes in summer or insects on the terrace or inside the house. That's why I always recommend closing the doors and windows of the house to prevent insects from entering inside and I leave an ant spray in the house. Still, when you wrote me to inform me of this problem, 3 days after your check-in, I asked you if you wanted us to come to the house to check the ant problem and clean the terrace again, but we didn’t receive response, We never shrugged our shoulders at your complains. In any case, thanks for your comment, but the next time you complain about a problem maybe you should answer when they offer you a solution..

Tolle Lage!

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen für eine Woche dort. Die Lage ist toll und das Haus grundsätzlich sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. im Detail ist es dann aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben vor allem die große Terrasse und den Zugang zum Meer sehr genossen, ebenso die gut ausgestattete Küche. Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns der Online-Checkin. Obwohl wir vorab Kopien von allen Pässen geschickt hatten, mussten wir nochmals alle Daten in ein Onlineformular eintragen. Das mag für die Mitarbeiter bequem sein, kundenfreundlich ist das nicht.Auch die Tatsache, dass es nur zwei Bäder gibt und eines davon mit transparenter Glastüre in ein Schlafzimmer integriert, mag für Paare in Ordnung sein, für alle anderen bietet das einfach nicht genug Privatsphäre. Dann bleibt eben nur noch ein Bad inkl. WC für alle.Alles in allem ein schönes Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort, gut geeignet für eine Familie. Für uns als Gruppe war es für das Gebotene einfach zu teuer.
