見事にプライベートな位置にある、この3ベッドルーム、3バスルームのヴィラは、Parcentの美しい村から徒歩わずか10分のフラットな囲まれた区画にあります。

ヴィラはとても明るく明るく、素敵なレイアウトが施されており、すべて同じレベルにあります。 良いサイズのオープンプランのリビング/ダイニングルーム、マスターベッドルーム、家族用バスルーム、田舎や山々の向こうに広がる眺望のある屋根付きのテラスに直接アクセスできる設備の整ったキッチン。 さらに2つのベッドルームがあり、それぞれに専用バスルームと専用のアクセスがあります。

外側には素晴らしいスイミングプールがあり、ローマ時代の階段とテラスで怠summerな夏の日を楽しめます。 また、太陽からの日陰を提供するために、プールと庭を見渡す屋外ダイニングに最適な屋根付きのプライベートテラスがあります。
プロパティは完全なプライバシーを楽しんでおり、いくつかの素晴らしいレストランやバーがあるParcentの美しいスペインのプエブロのすぐ近くにあります。

Great villa

We had a lovely week at Villa Mimosa. The weather was good and we could use the great pool. The Villa is very peaceful, spacious and well equipped. We would love to stay there again.

Casa Mimosa, Parcent

House was very nice for accommodating a group of 6. Kitchen, dining and living areas are all bright and spacious. Outdoor areas are very nice though the garden needs a bit of trimming and weeding. The area is great for hiking, biking and running and it was nice to relax by the pool in the afternoon. Communication with Rupert was excellent. He responded promptly and dealt with any minor issue quickly. We loved our stay and will be going back.

Lovely stay in Rupert’s Villa

This house was exactly what we needed for a wonderful week in Spain. The villa was very clean and cool and had everything we could possibly need. The lovely village of Parcent is just a short walk away, a gorgeous place for dinner after a day of relaxing by the pool. I hope we’ll be able to return soon!

Lovely villa

We have just had a lovely week at casa mimosa.The villa has everything you need,lovely outside space and swimming pool. Owner has a quick response with any questions you have.lovely walk into parcent for a coffee and fresh bread from the bakery.

Very nice house

Casa Mimosa is a very nice house on a quiet location. For 2 to 4 persons perfect. Big garden and pool. Near the mountains, you can walk in several directios directly out of the house. And you can reach the sea in 30 minutes by car too. Parcent is a lovely small village. Nice climate too.

Beautiful Casa Minosa

Lovely villa with wonderful pool, on the outskirts of the village of Parcent. All you could want for a restful holiday we had the bonus of wonderful weather for late September and swam in pool everyday . We had to contact Rupert and he responded straight away. Thanks Rupert .

Peaceful getaway

We absolutely loved the area this property is in, if you want peace and quiet for a chill out break this is the place. The outside space is lovely and the pool is big and very clean. Plenty of space inside as well with a really good kitchen and loads of glasses, crockery etc. The layout didn't bother us although I could see issues if young children are in the party. The village is very nice and the bike rental place on the main road does fabulous food especially breakfast, and it's a very pleasant 10/15 minuet walk. You do need a car but there are lots of places to visit within 30/45 mins with some fabulous beaches in Calpe.

Sooo peaceful

Unfortunately our holiday was shortened due to illness, but if my wife and I EVER visit Spain again then I will try my hardest to return to Casa Mimosa. The house was everything we could wish for especially the swimming pool in such peaceful surroundings. The actual owner, he couldn't have been better and bent over backwards to help us and for that I'm most grateful. Fantastic.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings

I spent two weeks in Villa Mimosa which is situated near the small village of Parcent. I's just the right place to relax, with a huge pool and everything you need to pass a perfect holiday. My dog could stroll around the plot and liked the walks in the nearby woods and countryside just a two-minutes-walk away from the house. Unfortunately the weather was bad during the whole time so the amazing pool was just something for the eyes. During my stay I was not able to watch TV one single day, it didn't connect with the Satellite and got no signal which was a bit annoying because after hours of reading some TV would have been nice.If you don't travel alone it probably won't be a problem. Besides that, everything was really as I wished for, I would definitely come back and highly recommend it, if you like to visit the beautiful Marina Alta. Communication with Peter, the host, was easy and if there should be any issue he does his very best to help.

Beautiful outdoor pool area but…

It was a bit of a weird layout and two of the three bedrooms could only be accessed from the outside: our teenager was very happy but the younger one was a bit scared for awhile. The interior feels a bit dated, and the wifi didn’t work for a few days: but it was fixed near the middle of our stay. Overall it was a OK.

Beautiful villa and location

we spent a week in this lovely villa, the pool was fantastic and was well used because of the heat. The village of Parcent is within easy walking distance and the small shop is great for any essentials. There is many and varied restaurants in Parcent and the villages within a 10 min drive of the villa. I recommend a drive up the coll de Rates which has a great restuarant at the top with some great views. The villa is beautiful inside with everything you need. Whenever i had to email Rupert the owner with a question he got back to me straight away. In the village of Jalon/Xalo (10mins drive from villa) has a good tourist info office. All in all it is a great place for a very relaxing holiday and will definitely be back.

Parcent - family villa

This was the first time we stayed in a villa as a family, having always stayed in hotels. The host was fantastic, gave us all the information we needed before travelling, route directions to the villa and ensured we settled in ok. There were a couple of things that we needed fixing during our stay, but the host dealt with these really quickly and ensured the disruption was very minimal, and he couldn’t have done any more in trying to deal with it. The villa was exactly as described, and had all the privacy we needed and wanted. There are some things that are in need to small repair given the age of the villa, but these are minimal and didn’t affect our stay. This is a traditional Spanish style villa and we’re keen to try something a little closer to the cities with more amenities and a little more modern, but none of these are a criticism of our host or villa. This was an excellent first choice for our villa holidays. Thanks.

Appalling and dangerous Property

Avoid this property at all costs; it is not as described. On arrival the interior was dusty and covered in grease. Bins in the bathrooms has not been emptied and were smelly and there were dirty and stinking plates in the dishwasher. The interior is dilapidated, with screw holes in all the walls, curtains hanging off and broken blinds. The mosquito net door was broken and held together with tin foil. Within 10 minutes of arrival the double bed in one of the bedrooms collapsed as the frame was rotten. There was broken glass in one of the bathrooms leading to a guest cutting their foot open requiring medical treatment. The front drive is falling apart with loose broken tiles which cut the tyres of one of the cars. When we raised these issues with the owner we were told that if we didn't like we could move out and find somewhere else. The property advertises a hot tub outside; it doesn't have one. We have requested a 50% refund plus cleaning fee, - this has not as yet been actioned by the owner.

Private villa 3 en suite bedrooms, lovely gardens, pool

Really had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer! We were very happy with the villa which is comfortable and well equipped. The private pool and lovely garden makes for a beautiful natural setting. Mature trees and shrubbery create privacy from neighbors and the villa is spaced enough apart from surrounding villas. We liked having different seating areas, a table and chairs on the front verandah (where one of the double bedrooms is located), and several lounge, seating and table areas in the back garden. There is a barbecue with large covered area for eating outside. The layout gives options for people to be all together or spread out. The villa is all on one level, with several front steps and back steps to access. Screens on windows, kitchen and bedroom doors. Three bedrooms (en suite) are distributed so one can talk without disturbing others. The double bedroom in the house has a sliding glass door facing the pool, and just out there is the entrance to the twin bedroom. The other double bedroom's entrance is at the front of the villa. In September we didn't use fans, AC or heat. There is a cute wood stove in the living room. The laundry room is accessed from the side the house (so one could do laundry without disturbing others). The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and has plenty of plates, dishes, bowls, flatware, utensils etc. a large dishwasher and a large fridge suitable for the number of people. Would love to return!

Casa Mimosa, lovely place to be!

Mijn vriend en ik hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad van 6 weken in Casa Mimosa in Parcent. Fijn huis, rustig gelegen, mooie tuin, goed omheind voor onze honden, veel privacy, mooi zwembad (maar te koud om in januari/februari in te zwemmen) en een mooi bos tegenover het huis waar de honden heerlijk los uitgelaten konden worden. Een paar goede restaurants in de omgeving, mooie bergen en oude beeldschone dorpjes in de buurt. We hebben er enorm van genoten. Supermarkt op ca. 7 km afstand.In februari/maart/april kun je wel last hebben van de processierups. De naaldbomen hangen vele nesten en je ziet ze ook in 'processie' oversteken op de paden in het bos. Mijn hond heeft in zo'n rups gebeten die in de tuin liep. Dan moet je acuut naar de dierenarts omdat de hond anders een gedeelte van zijn tong of bek kan verliezen. Wij waren er gelukkig op tijd bij, maar anders heel nare gevolgen voor de hond. Afgezien hiervan een top vakantie gehad! Contact met de eigenaar was ook fijn. Vlot antwoord bij hulpvraag. Een echte aanrader voor wie van rust en privacy houdt.

Super plek voor rustzoekers en mensen met een hond!

De locatie is mooi in de bergen, in de natuur, met als nadeel (in november) dat de wolken rond de berg blijven hangen en de zon relatief snel achter de berg gaat. Nogmaals een super plek om vanaf de villa te wandelen met de hond. De villa zou prachtig zijn als het onderhoud up-to-date was. Dat was helaas niet zo. De eerste periode van ons verblijf was het erg vochtig in de villa. Na communicatie met de eigenaar is het - door het monteren van 2 nieuwe elektrische kachels en het repareren van de gaskachel- een stuk aangenamer geworden. Qua keuken en linnenvoorraad is absoluut alles aanwezig, maar rommelig alles door elkaar. De wasmachine was nieuw, de droger echter functioneerde niet. De derde slaapkamer was heel vochtig en vol (gewassen, maar vochtig) linnengoed. De douche en toilet in de 3e slaapkamer functioneren slecht. Het toegangshek van de villa is alleen met veel kracht te openen. De communicatie met de eigenaar over alle deze 'problemen' verliep absoluut heel soepel en prettig. De dingen die hij direct kon oplossen, heeft hij meteen opgelost. Overigens begrepen wij van de eigenaar dat hij het plan heeft e.e.a. te renoveren in januari 2025. Ondanks alles, hebben wij genoten in Parcent en vonden wij Casa Mimosa een heerlijke plek om te verblijven.

Tout était parfait, l'endroit est loin de l'agitation mais plein de bons resto à 5min en voiture. Piscine grande et chaude. Nous sommes venus avec notre staffie et notre bully. L'hôte Rupert est disponible et sympathique. Un vrai plaisir !

Chalet muy tranquilo en zona apacible.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Lo mejor el porche, el jardín y la piscina. Y que admita mascotas. La casa tb muy bien. No me ha gustado la limpieza al entrar, que no he podido poner la tv en español y que ponía que tiene lavadora y no hay.

The layout of the villa lends itself very well to three couples, three adults or a family with older children because of the layout of the bedrooms: all three are en-suite and separate from each other, i.e. all three can be accessed independently from one another. The same layout means that some parents with very young children may be concerned but the rooms can be locked from the inside and when the front gate is locked the property is extremely secure. Our children are aged 14 and 15 and it works perfectly for us!

Casa Mimosa is at the edge of Parcent which means that it is very quiet and peaceful but you are only a ten minute walk from restaurants and bars if you want them. In the summer Parcent has a municipal swimming pool with excellent restaurant if you'd like a poolside lunch. Many people travel far to have lunchtime paella at the Restaurant L'Ere, an easy 10 minute walk from the villa.

All linen inluding beach towels is included, as is all crockery, cuttlery and air-conditioning / heating if you need it. We're always looking to find ways of making improvements so if you have any suggestions please let us know. If we can make those improvements whilst you are staying then all the better!
