その美しい海岸線と自然の風景により、コスタブランカの隠れた宝石として知られている理由が簡単にわかります。ビーチまでわずか2km、豊富な品質のバーとレストランがありますが、徒歩2分以内に2軒のレストランもあります距離と、卓球、子供の遊び場、バーベキュー施設、バーと食べ物のあるカフェが夜までオープンしている森林公園。

ハベアは、白い砂浜とヤシの木が並ぶアレナルビーチの3つの主要なエリアがある町です。素敵なバーやレストランが並び、質の高い国際料理と地元料理、豊富な種類の高級カクテルを提供しています。 反対側にはマリーナがある港エリアがあり、ここで地元の釣りが行われます。 海岸沿いには遊歩道があり、素晴らしい海の景色と小石の海岸線を望む多くの高級レストランがあります。シュノーケリングとダイビングはこのエリアで非常に人気があります。

Der schlüssellose Check In und Checkout waren reibungslos und wir hatten insgesamt einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wirklich gut ausgestatteten Haus. Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Overall we had a great holiday. The villa is clean, well equipt with evetything you need. The location was good as we hired a car but wouldnt recomend walking to the arenal as the paths and lighting not great.The only thing I would say is that there were a few things in the villa that needed attention. Broken tiles/steps near the side door, there was a nail sticking out of door frame in one of the bathrooms which my son caught himself on (he wasnt hurt). Some of the metal plates on the floor in the door ways were stuck up and my other son tripped over it, we ended up taping it down. The ice machine didnt work which we fixed. The extra single bed with the pull out bed underneath was broken so was difficult to sleep on. Admittedly we did not report the problems we just got on with our holiday but the issues do need to be fixed. It wouldnt stop us staying again though as long as the little issues were fixed. Otherwise we had a great time.

Excellent villa perfectly suited our family (8) needs. Would definitely use again. Only marked down because of failure of one of the air conditioning units during our stay and one or two very minor maintenance issues. The manager was easily contactable and responded very quickly. Otherwise a brilliant week in a lovely villa. Thank you.

We've stayed in villas all around this area of Spain and this one is one of the best we've rented.Everything being all on one level is great, all the facilities were as described and the spec of appliances, furniture etc was excellent.The pool and surrounding area are lovely and there's enough shaded areas for those (like me) that need it.All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and may well return in the future.One small negative - I'd suggest getting some decent lighting under the canopy outside, the solar lighting is pretty but not too effective.

Fabolous Villa with heated pool

Fantastic property with a heated pool which was brilliant for April. We were a family of 5 and had 2 young kids and their grandmother so the layout of the property was ideal for us, all on one level and one double bedroom with en-suite on a separate side of the living room to the other rooms.Outdoor pool table (although needs new pool cues and chalk), table tennis, and lovely private surroundings with no other properties overlooking the pool and seating areas which is sometimes hard to find in Javea.The villa is in a fantastic location, close to supermarket and the main strip (Arenal) and is quite rightly in high demand in Javea.Communication was great and self check-in and check-out was seamless. I would highly recommend to anybody and will gladly stay here again as we are frequent visitors to Javea.

Very comfortable and well equipped villa

Great villa with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Great communication with Julie the property manager and Spenser who looks after the pool and garden. Great pool that was used nearly every day of our stay. Easy journey from the villa to Arenal Beach, Javea, Calpe and Moraira and many other places. The villa was clean and any snags found were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Recommended 5*

Lovely villa, great location

We had an excellent week here in October half term and are booked again for Easter next year. A few ‘hiccups’ with check in but Jeff and his manager Julie were swift to deal with them. Julie is extremely kind and helpful. Pool is big and perfect for us and our 3 young children. Spent hours in it! Pool and tennis tables an added bonus. Kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you need for a family. Even orange squeezers so we made fresh orange juice with the oranges picked from the garden. There is a lime tree too. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance but we only ate in Grandflo cafe which is lovely, great food and good little play area for the kids. Javea itself only 5 mins drive. Promenade & beachfront is great with lots of restaurant choices. Plenty of supermarkets a quick drive away. An hour drive back towards Alicante is DinoPark and the Fonts de l’Algar. Well worth a visit especially the waterfalls! Looking forward to coming back!

We always stay here when we visit Javea. Location and villa is perfect. It is well managed and looked after. We are just sad it is already booked up for next year. :( Look forward to going back in 2025 if it’s free.

Absolutely Fantastic

From the day of making an enquiry to the moment we left communication was excellent. Julie made contact with us a few days before our arrival with information about the check in process. We were just getting out of the taxi when she arrived. After showing us around the villa I asked for a local taxi company’s phone details as we needed a trip to supermarket before our car was delivered the next morning. Not only did she give me phone numbers but she dropped my daughter and I to Consum. This was very kind and thoughtful. We unpacked and found plenty of storage for all our clothes. I always take extra coat hangers but didn’t need them. The furnishings and decor throughout was tasteful and comfortable. The island in the kitchen was well used at breakfast and lunchtimes. Dishwasher and washing machine were both easy to use and of good quality. It was great having a large fridge and freezer too.There were many options for eating both inside and out. As we were there for three weeks in August we used the main dining area opposite the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery/glasses plates etc.There were so many areas to sit in comfort all together or in smaller groups. Often in villas there is always a downside, here there wasn’t one. The outside was just as amazing as the inside. The pool man certainly knew how to keep a pool crystal clear, it was well used 😊The pool table was also a huge hit. So basically we will be back. Thank you

An excellent, quiet and private villa

My wife and I had a really excellent stay at this villa. The property was well equipped and lived up to expectations, though it was definitely the lovely private pool that had our heart. Tempting as the sights and sounds of Javea and Arenal were, we found ourselves drawn back to quiet poolside evenings, with warm swims in the peaceful surroundings. We really valued quality time to ourselves, made possible by this lovely property. A couple of nice restaurants are in walking distance and we really didn’t need any more! A few days in Valencia follow, which we greatly look forward to, refreshed by our quiet week at the villa. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

Amazing villa

The villa is just as pictured, lovely pool and well equipped kitchen. Good air conditioning, check in was easy as Julie texted when villa was available as we had an early morning flight. We had lunch at Rossini which is 5 minutes down the road, there are several other restaurants within walking distance. We had two toddlers who loved the heated pool, plenty of sun loungers, bbq and some floats for pool. Would love to go again as Javea is a beautiful area and playa Arenal is a perfect beach.

Sehr schöne Villa mit beheiztem Pool!

Sehr schöne Villa, in der wir etwas mehr als 2 Wochen verbracht haben. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, viel Platz. Super ausgestattete Küche, die Kaffeemaschine scheint aber altersschwach zu sein. Das Haus hat ein gut funktionierendes Alarmsystem, beim Pfannkuchen- Backen ging der Rauchmelder an (kann man selbst wieder ausstellen). Pool am Anfang noch etwas kühl, nach einigen Tagen aber sehr angenehm beheizt (bis auf 29 Grad!). Die Villa liegt etwas ausserhalb von Xàbia, sehr ruhig in einer Wohnstraße, man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Super Restaurants sind das Rossini und El Campo, die beide in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Es gibt noch weitere Restaurants, die wir aber nicht besucht haben, eines ist gerade einmal 1 Minute zu Fuß von der Villa entfernt. Sämtliche Formalitäten und die Kommunikation waren absolut unkompliziert und freundlich! Wir haben einen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und überlegen bereits, erneut zu buchen.

Wonderful stay

We had a relaxing & comfortable stay at this lovely villa. We were lucky with the weather & made a lot of use of the pool & sunbeds. Julie made the check in easy with her communications & was there to greet us. I appreciated the dressing table & full length mirror! The location is in a quiet residential area, about 7 minutes to the arenal beach so nice to get away from the tourist area.

Hi we are Danielle and Jeff, we live in Somerset with our two children and Daisy the sausage dog.

After going away on numerous occasions on expensive holidays and being disappointed with either the location, service, or standard of accommodation we decided to purchase a property in an area that we knew we would be able to enjoy our holidays year after year and whatever the season.

Unbeknown to us at the time, after researching suitable places to holiday, we visited Javea and soon realised that not only could this be a holiday destination but somewhere we could potentially live in the future.

We therefore decided in late November 2015 to purchase a detached villa with private pool and spacious accommodation. Having completed in March 2016 a full refurbishment was required and we have since not only completely redecorated, but installed a new kitchen, boiler etc we have made it a 'home from home'.

We spend as much time as possible at the villa and have therefore not only furnished it to a high standard but equipped the property with modern furniture and accessories, including an american style fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, miele dishwasher, two eye-level fan-assisted ovens, washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Sky TV (including sky movies and sport), Wi fi, televisions in two bedrooms as well as living room.

There area a number of areas to choose from when dining, a table for 8 in the dining room, a table for 10 in the nayo and a table for 12 in the outside kitchen/bbq area.

As we will be spending time in the villa all year round not only have we installed air conditioning throughout but we have gas central heating and a heated pool for the winter months.

We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

We bought Villa Rufino in 2016 because it was light & spacious and within walking distance of two restaurants, Pinosol park (which has a bar and play area for children).

The villa itself is set within a quiet residential area, with an open plan living area, large Nayo which both lend themselves to being ideal for socialising.

Outside of the property offers great privacy, with a fantastic pool area, outside kitchen area with built in bbq, and plenty of food prep space including two sinks.

The property also offers easy access to the beach (approx 2km), Javea golf course and the Bowls Club. There is also paintballing, go-karting and numerous watersports all within easy reach of the villa.

You will be spoilt for choice for places to eat in Javea not only does it have Michelin starred restaurants but good quality restaurants to suit all budgets.

There are Aqua Parks, Zoos, Theme Parks, boat trips to Denia and Ibiza, evening entertainment and shows all within 20-30 minutes drive from the villa.
