Estimado Rafael en la descripción del apartamento pone claramente que no tiene vistas al mar, aunque está en primera línea de playa, debido a que los arboles han crecido, pero como digo lo pone claramente en la descripción. El aparcamiento más cercano está a 300 metros y como usted dice está cruzando la calle. El apartamento esta en el paseo marítimo y las plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas son muy limitadas, por eso ofrezco la posibilidad de alquilar un parking privado cuya tarifa la pone el propio parking.

Estimada Rosa ha sido unnolacer conoceros. Habeis sido muy agradable y simpáticos y habéis cuidado del apartamento como si fuera vuestro. Me alegra saber que habéis estado cómodos y que habéis disfrutado de vuestras vacaciones. Os espero cuando queráis.
