Pros: The owner was particularly helpful in all dealings from the moment I contacted her until several days after we left. The property was spotlessly clean and there was several handy items left in the fridge for our arrival, which was a very nice thing to do. The location was really great and we had a wonderful time. Also, excellent value for money. Thank you.

Pros: The flat was neat and clean. Many items were new. Everything was nicely prepared. The owner was very helpful, polite and nice. The flat is quite big and the near access to the beach was great. (just around the corner) Shops are in walking distance and there are many language schools in the area. Bus transport is great and quiet cheap. We enjoyed the stay very much. The only disadvantage was, that the balcony faces a busy street. If you are going out a lot it wouldn't matter, but if you like quiet evenings on the balcony it is a bit disturbing.

Pros: Maria was very vigilant in resolving any problems that came up. To get someone to fix the washing machine can be challenging. Maria persisted until she could get one and she kept me informed. Maria's friend Isabel who lives nearby was also very helpful and friendly. It was a lovely place to enjoy the beach and the sun. The apartment had everything. A few food items were placed in the fridge which was a lovely welcome bonus. I happily recommend this place for a holiday.

Alles ging perfect.
