The house 17172 located in Split, Split - Central Dalmatia has accommodation units: Studio flat (1) and is 370 m away from the sea. The nearest beach is concrete slabs. You will be the house's only guests during your holiday, as there are no other rooms or apartments. The hosts will not be in the house for the duration of your holiday. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Studio flat can accommodate 3 guests. Beds are situated in 1 sleeping rooms, within 22m2. Food can be prepared using barbecue which is shared with other guests too. There is no balcony or terrace in the reserved accommodation unit.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, air-conditioning, internet, iron, ironing board, hairdryer.
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS: short stay fee (surcharge depending on a number of booked nights: 30% - 1, 20% - 2, 10% - 3).

We loved Split and really enjoyed our time there. ...

We loved Split and really enjoyed our time there. The accommodation location was perfect however the actual accommodation was quite unclean when we arrived - almost as though it had not been clean properly. The bathroom felt dirty with watermarks on the mirror and mud on the floor, the toilet was also dirty. We found hairs in the beds and had to buy our own towels as the ones they provided were hand towels with dirty marks on them. The hosts were nice but didn’t speak much English.

La localización es muy buena. A menos de 5 minutos del centro andando. La propietaria muy simpática salvo porque no hablaba inglés. Sin embargo, el estudio es bastante más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos, y respecto a la limpieza, había mugre por todos lados, los platos estaban sucios y el suelo daba asco. La lavadora tenía una fuga (aunque ni la encendimos). En respecto a la cocina, la vitro estaba rota y no cabían las piernas debajo de la mesa y no cabíamos para comer. Además el armario estaba lleno de sus cosas y la maleta tenía que estar en el poco espacio de suelo que había. Por el resto, todo bien
