You will love the location of this lovely, hilltop country house in a quiet neighborhood at the village of Nea Sampsounta.
Nea Samsounta is a tranquil, small village just 7 kilometres far from Kanali beach, very popular for its sandy beach. Between Kanali beach and Kastrosykia beach there is also a spot popular to kite-surfers and wind surfers
Nearby beach to explore heading towards Preveza is Monolithi. Perfecture of Preveza won 8 blue flag awards in 2021 , Monolithi beach is one of them.
