Property had a beautiful view of the bay which we enjoyed from the balcony. Emanuel was very helpful with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Very comfortable, well equipped accommodation. We would love to go back!

Relaxing apartment for vacation

This place is a great location to everything on the emerald coast. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the lovely water in the distance. Emanuele was a great host.

Great location.

Great location and proximity to markets and beaches close by. Just make sure you don’t make any noise after 9 pm. Great for a stay with family. Emanuel was quick to respond.

A cosy Appartment close to small but beautiful beach. Noise from Hotel construction in the area was a bit disturbing.

May holiday

We really loved the apartment and had a wonderful quiet stay here. The only downside was that it had been advertised as having an oven when there wasn’t one so we wasted money on food we couldn’t then cook. Everything else was brilliant, the location was perfect for exploring the local beautiful beaches, parking was easy and the walk down to the beach was lovely. We loved the pool and didn’t even have to share it with anyone as everywhere was so quiet. There is a hotel being built opposite but the building work didn’t bother us. We had the best week.

Nice apartment with sea view and close to the beach

We had a very nice first week of our holiday in this apartment that was clean and in a very good location on the Costa Smeralda. The apartment is not big (I think about 50m2), but it has a good layout and also a very nice covered balcony overlooking the sea. Because it was very hot we often went for a swim in the beautiful sea, which is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach is nice, not too crowded, and there is a little restaurant. The communal pool is also very nice. We loved the snorkeling trip from Baja Sardinia, on a private boat with a skipper. There's a good supermarket at only 4 minutes drive from the apartment. We very much liked the nearby restaurants Briciola and Canteen (the latter is a Mexican restaurant in Poltu Quatu). You can skip the restaurant at Grande Pevero beach: to us this felt like a tourist trap.

sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer, eine hübsche, Anlage, die sich harmonisch in die Landschaft einfügt. In der Nähe wird allerdings gebaut, aber es war wenig Baulärm zu hören und die Aussicht ist dadurch nicht eingeschränkt. Es gibt einige nette Restaurants (wir haben uns an die Empfehlungen von Emanuele gehalten )einige wenige Fahrminuten entfernt, Reservierungen, (wenn möglich) auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Für den Einkauf, insbesondere wenn man an einer größeren Auswahl und einigermaßen günstigen Preisen interessiert empfiehlt sich die Fahrt nach Olbia (Conad) oder Arzachena (Eurospin, MD markt u. a.Wir haben eine Bootstour mit einem der größeren Boote ins Maddalena Archipel unternommen. Man sieht wunderschöne Landschaften und Strände, man verbringt die Pausen allerdings zusammen mit mehreren andern Booten an denselben Stränden zur selben Zeit,das ist selbst Mitte September zu voll!

Emanuele ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Sehr gute Abwicklung Checkin / Checkout. Apartment ist zentral gelegen. Supermarkt, Patisserie, Restaurants, Strand, Pool, Parkplatz, Meerblick. Porto Cervo Zentrum 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Appartement bien situé, à proximité de plusieurs attraits touristiques. Communication facile avec le propriétaire. Cependant, vieux logement qui mériterait un meilleur entretien. Nous avons dû nettoyer en arrivant : le ménage n’avait pas été bien fait avant notre arrivée. Vieux liquide sale sur le plancher, poussière , douches non lavées, laveuse sale. Beaucoup d’insectes dans le logement, dont certains morts dans des cadres décoratifs… La cuisine est peu équipée : il n’y a pas de four, ni de grille-pain.

Great host! Clean and well equipped property with great view

This appartment was very clean, sufficiently large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and well equipped. If something was missing, the host Emanuele immediately worried about it. In total, the property receives 5 stars thanks to Emanuele, who is always available in case of any problems, giving restaurant and excursion tips. The check-in went perfectly. The appartment community includes two pools that are well maintained and a parking space near apartment is convenient. The view from the balcony is perfect. A car is absolutely necessary. Many thanks to the great host. We can fully recommend this appartment.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung mit kurzem Weg zum Strand.

Es war alles wunderbar und so, wie man es zu dem Preis auch erwarten kann, mit zwei Einschränkungen: - Die Erstausstattung in der FW ist nicht vollständig, z.B. freut sich jeder Gast über ein paar Pad's zum Kaffeekochen, wenn er eintrifft. - Der Müll (Müllplatz auf dem Parkplatz) wurde tagelang nicht entsorgt. Sehr unhygienisch bei den Temperaturen...
