Great home in a great location

Amazing property just minutes away from the bustle of Porto Cervo and beautiful beaches of Sardinia. The house is super clean with great views, the air conditioning was a blessing during the hot Sardinian afternoons. Federico, Luca, Alessandro were fantastic hosts, and went out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions. We will be back!

Amazing Stay

We were 5/6 friends spending one week in the beautiful house In Porto cervo. The area around the house is so amazing, calm and picturesque. You have great sunrises in the sea right in front of you and sundowners behind the house in the green hills. Pool was clean had perfect temperature. The garden and the outdoor area were our main place to stay. Inside you have a small livingroom you will not need if weather is fine and a nice bedroom with bathroom. Downstairs you have two more bedrooms which are not that nice like the one upstairs but okay for sleeping if you don’t expect the most romantic place. The bathrooms downstairs are also nice and clean. Even if you sleep door on door it’s absolutely not noisy. Out hosts very amazing in their helpful recommendations. They replied always and ever and even helped us getting a barbecue for the evening. We spent a very very nice week and are thankful for everything

Beautiful villa, Remote Location

Loved the villa. Very accurate description. Owner very helpful. Location beautiful, but quite remote. 10 min drive to restaurants and supermarket. Recommend!

Entfeuchter unter dem Bett, Kellermief

Die Begrüßung war freundlich, die Räumlichkeiten sauber, wenngleich unpersönlich, und wenig einladend. Wie diese sehr guten Bewertungen zustande gekommen sind, keine Ahnung. Es ist einfach eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit was einem hier, gerade im Hinblick für den horrenden Wochenpreis, geboten wird: • zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Keller mit separate Zugängen. Es riecht stark nach Schimmel und unter den Betten stehen Entfeuchter • die Küche ist so klein, dass man im Gang gerade noch zu zweit stehen kann - bewegen, gemeinsam kochen gestaltet sich mehr als schwierig • das Sofa ist allenfalls eine bessere Küchenbank. Es ist nicht möglich, es sich gemütlich zu machen, schon gar nicht mit mehreren Personen. Die Ausrede, dass es landestypisch ist, kann man sicher akzeptieren, aber verständlich ist es nicht - wir waren nun schon mehrere Male auf Sardinien und haben es stattdessen auf Sofas immer gemütlich gehabt Wir haben unsere Kinder nicht in diesen muffigen Keller schlafen lassen und sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir die Miete, bis auf eine Nacht, zurückerhalten. Die Mieter selbst empfanden ihr Angebot mehr als großzügig, weil sie sich garnicht in der Verpflichtung sahen. Wir haben uns damit einverstanden erklärt, weil wir uns nicht länger damit befassen, kompliziertere Schritte einleiten und weiter ärgern wollten. Schimmelgeruch und Entfeuchter unter dem Bett schaffen zudem keine Vertrauensbasis. Eine Woche nach Zusage mussten wir allerdings das erste Mal nachfragen. Der Transfer des Geldes war insgesamt sehr zäh und langwierig. Letzenendes musste dreimal nachgefragt werden, weil immer zu wenig gezahlt wurde. Einbehalten wurde entgegen der Vereinbarung auch das dreistellige Entgelt für die Reinigung und die Provision für Fewo, ebenfalls dreistellig. Überdies hinaus wurde uns unterstellt, dass Handtücher fehlen würden. Anscheinend hatte man sie dann wiedergefunden, hielt es aber nicht für nötig sich bei uns zu entschuldigen.

Beautiful home in a good location

The home is well decorated and new. It was also very centrally located to Puerto Cervo but renting a car is a must. Closest restaurants are 25 min walk. The views over looking the pool and sea were lovely. Frederico and Nathalie were always accessible and had great suggestions for places to eat. The only thing was the downstairs room were a bit musky and damp as ventilation was not great. Upstairs room was comfortable and spacious. Overall, we are happy with our stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay at Frederico beautiful house. We were met at the end of the road as it is not so easy to find in the first instance. Then given a comprehensive tour. The house is all very well laid out and equipped with good quality kitchen crockery, utensils glassware etc. Particularly good bed linen and towels. The owners kept in touch to make sure all was in order and sent very helpful info re beaches, restaurants etc. You need a car but then it is a short drive to a variety of very good restaurants and into Porto Cervo Marina or town. Thanks very much. We would be delighted to return if holidaying in the area another time

Couldn't have been better!

This house was perfect for the six of us to enjoy, relax and make the most of Sardinia. The views are beautiful, the pool is excellent and the house is well kept. The hosts go far above and beyond to make the stay the best it can be and when our luggage was lost and the trip delayed, bent over backwards to minimize the sting of our travel woes. I would absolutely stay here again, though I would rent a car the next time as it is a bit out of the way to get taxis. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone making the trip. Thanks again for the great hospitality!

Lovely clean and well-equipped villa

The villa was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Nathalie and Federico were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space and pool are lovely, with good views out to sea. The nearest shops and restaurants are 2 or 3km away, so don’t expect a short stroll to eat or buy provisions, you will need to use the car. We walked to the Clipper and Hivoao restaurants a few times in the evening and it’s a walk of about 25 minutes which is fine - but quite hot for a hilly walk! Recommended for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Beautiful stay

Great property. Beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were fantastic, easy to reach and provided great suggestions on restaurants and beaches, and took the time to meet us and walk us through the property. The pool and patio were great places to relax. Good location, just a few minutes drive to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. My husband and I would stay here again.

The property is fantastic... would thoroughly recommend it.

The property is beautifully situated, in a great location and close to amenities... but far enough away from Puerto Cervo not to feel enclosed. Great views to the ocean, a small (but lovely) pool and a great (and well protected) outside area. Internal accommodations well thought out and inviting. Federico and Nathalie were excellent hosts and helped make the trip to Sardinia a highlight. We would certainly return... thanks guys.

Perfect!

Villa perfecta

Nos alojamos en la villa de Federico y Nathalie a finales de agosto, principios de septiembre de 2017. Desde el principio el trato de ambos no pudo ser mejor, atentos, dispuestos, simpáticos, son unas personas con las que da gusto encontrarse cuando llegas a un sitio donde nada conoces y no sabes nada de lo que puedes encontrar. Ellos en todo momento se mostraron pendientes de nosotros para tratar de que estuviéramos lo más cómodos posible, nos recomendaron sitios que visitar, restaurantes donde comer, dónde hacer la compra, etc. Sin duda la ubicación de la casa es perfecta ya que te permite visitar toda Costa Esmeralda. La distribucion en tres habitaciones con su propio baño cada una hace que la estancia sea confortable. La cocina está muy bien equipada (lo único que echamos de menos fueron unas tijeras de cocina) por lo que comer o cenar en casa en la terraza es una opción estupenda! Las vistas desde la terraza y la piscina al mar son impresionantes! Sin duda, recomendaría esta villa a todo aquel que quiera ir a visitar Costa Esmeralda.
