This home is in the exclusive Golden Beach neighborhood of Venice Island, which is only a 0.5-mile walk or bike ride to the deeded beach access that is limited only to neighborhood residents and guests. This allows guests to use the private beach access which includes an outdoor shower, picnic tables, and a gazebo. (Parking is limited to residents but very close on-street parking is available for guests.) Having a private beach is a wonderful experience. No crowds, no noise- just beautiful views, lots of space, and a chance to enjoy the peaceful blue water of the Gulf without any disturbances. For those who love hunting for shark's teeth, Venice beaches are the perfect place to find these amazing fossils, either right on the beach or during a scuba-diving adventure. Downtown Venice, with its charming shops, restaurants, and parks, is located only 0.8-miles from the home. You can stroll the promenade or enjoy dinner at one of Venice's many celebrated restaurants. Harbor Haven is the right side of the Duplex pictured above. For 2-family vacations or larger family gatherings, it can be booked in conjunction with Luna Sea, the left side of the duplex, so that larger groups can vacation together while enjoying their own private space.
