Casa Para Ti Botanica is happy to welcome you! For a longterm or a short stay, we have a special longterm discount, you will certainly enjoy this quiet residential area in Puerto del Carmen. A hidden gem on a botanical square, just a few steps from the main Avenida, with shops, cafés and restaurants. And in addition the apartment is in the flat part of Puerto del Carmen, which allows you to easily walk around.

Botanica is a spacious apartment on the first floor with a very large terrace and a view of the tropical garden.
As you open the doors, the colonial vintage style will bring you completely into a tropical atmosphere.
Everything has been renovated.
For your comfort you will find a fully equipped kitchen: a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob and a washing machine. The bedroom with large fitted wardrobe has an ensuite bathroom.
You will quickly feel at home away from home!

We are happy to inform you personally about what to visit, where to eat ... so you can fully enjoy your holiday.

A little gem

Lovely cosy apartment within easy walk of the supermarket and beach/main bar/restaurant area. Couldn't ask for more really it was in a lovely quiet area although so close to the main events.

Nadia & Leonardo are as close to perfect hosts as one could imagine. Any issue that arose was promptly and fully dealt with. Pick up and drop off at the airport was a a real plus. Apartment was well equipped and just right for two people. Location was about two minutes away from main area of restaurants and the beach. We stayed a month and can recommend this property.

Great location, perfect for beach and shops

This is a lovely well decorated apartment,tastefully furnished,bed comfortable and lots of hanging space plus hangers. Very clean. It's in a cul de sac 1 street away from the main drag with beach a stones throw, flat and close to all shops and restaurants but very quiet. FULL sky package with a huge number of channels including all UK, Sports movies etc, Wifi was great as I had a couple zoom calls, no problems. Directly at the start of the cul de sac is a small restaurant on the corner, the Plough, looks nothing from outside but the food is lovely. Leonardo very kindly collected us from the airport and returned us, our flight was at 5pm so whilst we had to exit the apt so it could be cleaned we could leave our luggage on the patio so we could still hit the beach for the final day. Shower was very good and water hot, although be conscious it is an island where water is in short supply so use sparingly. The effluent system on the island is old so as in most places you are asked not to deposit tissue down the toilet, for those who haven't visited the island before it can be a bit of a shock. Kitchen is small galley but fully equipped with everything you'd need, condiments, oil, tea and coffee etc even a welcome bottle of wine. The patio didn't get direct sun until late afternoon but this was ok. we had a lovely week and have told several of my friends about this apt for their holidays. We'll be back!

We had a great stay. The Property is in a good location and is is just like the description and photos on Vrbo. Leonardo picked us up and dropped us off at the airport this was an added bonus.

Highly Recommend

We stayed in this property over the christmas period. Apartment is very modern and clean with all the facilities you need. There was a welcome pack of food and drinks in the fridge on arrival. Communication with the owner was excellent and he collected us from the aiport on arrival and drove us back to the airport on the day of our departure - lovely touch. Great location within walking distance to beaches, restuarants, bars, the main strip and the old port. Would highly recommend a stay in this property

Diese Wohnung ist so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht Die Vermieter haben mich herzlich in Empfang genommen. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit leckeren Sachen aus der Region Sehr zentral gelegen und kurze Wege zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit
