Great spot

Great spot beach access across the road cafe five minutes walk away. Had no hot water on the first night but was sorted in a few minutes once the staff on site knew. Would stay again

Lees Hunstanton

Although an older caravan it was clean and in good condition the heating worked efficiently the oven and utensils where spotless the only complaint was there wasn't a gate on the veranda which was difficult with the dogs. The site handyman managed to find a front of a dog crate which worked to contain the dogs. Overall it was a good stay for us with good access to the beach and walks for the dogs.

Excellent place to stay

Very friendly place to stay right near the beach, our two little dogs loved it aswell as us, we will be going back again soon Many thanks to the gentleman that showed us the entrance to the beach Once again many thanks Mr Mrs Sneesby.

Very disappointing

Arrived having been told before hand our static caravan had been changed we made ourselves aware of how the equipment worked, noted the decking had no gate (we have two small dogs) so our dogs if out were confined with leads. General appearance of the unit was “tired” heating system seem to work on a 2-3 hr cycle, electric fire in the lounge wasn’t working, the double bed had seen better days, springs in the mattress were very uncomfortable, hot water was by the basin full before you ran out, internally there was cobwebs, the carpet had dogs hair which would appear from walking across it (yes, we did know it was a dog friendly caravan) which showed to us that the cleaning left a lot to be desired, toilet basin was stained, and as hot water was limited having a shower was a non starter. Externally other than the lack of a gate the outside lights did not work. Did see the site warden a couple of times before we realised the extent of the problems with the accommodation. We called on the warden twice but each time they were out, called the help line (mobile number) with no response ie it just rang. We arrived on Monday 22nd April for a week, having been unable to contact anyone via the contact information we packed up and left on the Wednesday 24th, contacted the letting agent the next day, still waiting for a response, now the 7th May 2024

Dog friendly joy

Lovely older caravan with lots of charm. Brilliant lay out and very clean. Little bit of wear and tear commensurate with age, but nothing to detract from how lovely it is. Small site so nice and quiet. Bonus that to get on to the all year round dog friendly beach was just a couple of minutes walk though a litte cut through between 2 other caravan sites. We will definetly go again as we found Hunstanton charming and extremely dog friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and found enough to do within walking distance, with little rests for small doggy legs, to not use the car until it was time to go home.

Weekend break in Hunstanton

Had great customer service with 2cholidays, with whom we booked. We had booked another caravan on the same site with them last year and it was lovely. We would happily book with them again but not this particular caravan as it wasn’t so great. Although the caravan was very clean, it smelt musty, the sofa and bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was a disaster. The decking was a great idea, out little dog loved sitting out there watching the world go by, but the gate really need replacing, it’s very old. Of cause we did have a lovely weekend, walking by the sea, but the caravan did let it down a bit.

A nice caravan in a great location - will come again

Obviously not one of the newest caravans, but it was spotlessly clean, spacious. Everything worked - we really enjoyed the decking area. We will definitely visit again next year

Nice location near beach

Even though caravan is an older style caravan, it was lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable and duvets and pillows were lovely and clean. Site is very quiet only about 20 caravans. Nice and near to the beach. There is footpath to the beach on the other side of the road.

First break away after lockdown

Yes it's an older caravan but it was immaculately clean, well supplied with crockery etc. (only short of a coffee pot and tea pot!!). Cooker, microwave all worked well. The grill pan was missing its handle. There is a dvd player which was appreciated as the digital TV was a bit hit and miss. Problem on first day with leaking sink pipe was fixed immediately. Lovely hot shower though! 🙂 Site was clean, quiet and friendly. Great location for beach walks at the dog friendly end of the beach We'd come again, thank you!

Property was clean and comfortable possibly a bit dated but had everything we needed. Comfortable double bed quite a powerful shower dog friendly with a veranda but lacking a gate .Location great for four legged friends lots of walks our dogs loved it !
