The property is superbly located just a short walk to a wonderful beach.The property itself suited us perfectly with a bedroom for grandsons , one for a parent and one for grandparents.The garden was far bigger than the photos showed and we played there for ages in the evenings.Brilliant choice

The propert was beautiful. Unfortunately the seat to the upstairs toilet was not fixed to the toilet. Making it impossible to be used by a female. We requested it to be fixed. It never happened and we left two days early.

Fantastic seclusion yet close to great beach walks, nature reserve nearby and wide open North Norfolk countryside.Surprising number of rooms; all clean & well prepared, with large sofa, nice conservatory, and large garden means there should be space for everyone.Loads of space for my relaxing week 'away from it all'.Plenty of complimentary jigsaws & family games

Jasmine Cottage was exactly what we were looking for - situated in a very pleasant and peaceful location, very nicely cared for home and we weren't short on anything inside. Lots of space in both house and garden which made it feel very good value for money.Unfortunately both our dogs could (and did) jump the back fence/gate as it isn't particularly high, so had to stay on the lead in the garden for the remainder of our stay. Owners of dogs with escape artist tendencies may want to consider this.

A very welcoming cosey cottage and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very well equipped and convenient for the beach and pub, but just a few niggles, wet room very small, fan oven very noisy and the bottom of the fridge was wet when I emptied it on leaving this morning.

Loved every minute

We absolutely loved our stay at Brick and Flint cottage. The cottage was lovely and spacious and the garden was huge. So much to do nearby and amazing walks from the doorstep.We would highly recommend staying here.

Brilliant cottage

We loved the cosiness of the cottage, and the fantastic garden which our Springer Spaniel raced around in. The location to the beach and local pub was brilliant. We will definitely be back.

Great location

Great location not exactly equidistant between the pub and beach but its very close . Cottage has everything and ideal and practical if you have a dog, plus a nice big garden for the dog to roam.

We had been looking for a dog friendly place near a sandy beach for many years where we could let our dogs off the lead. We first looked to the South West and then the Norfolk Broads, working our way up and back across the Norfolk coastline until we came to Holme with its fantastic dog friendly beach. It is quieter than Hunstanton and the golf course to the south means our dogs can be let off the lead without worrying about roads. When we found Jasmine Cottage after many years of searching, we knew this was the place for us.

Dog friendly sandy beach 6 minutes walk away, huge at low tide. Hunstanton about 30 minutes walk along the beach or footpath. Short walk to The White Horse pub, featured in The Good Pub Guide. A short drive to several other good food pubs and Eric's, excellent fish and chips (takeaway or eat in) 2 miles away. Also great for bird watching. Shallow sea, great for paddling.
