Matteo very personable and communication does excellent.Apartment could use more stables such as sponges, kitchen towels, & pot holders, Great location for ferry but steep uphill walk back up the hill. No problem if fit. Could use additional lighting though.Overall would recommend and would stay there again.

Stunning property, superb location

The website doesn’t do the property justice. The first sight of the property took my breath away. Pool is fabulous, accommodation superb, handy location for visiting the whole area. Great local restaurants. Had a really relaxing holiday

Tremezzo - Lake Como

The apartment and amenities on site met all expectations from the details and reviews I read before booking. It was clean and well furnished, with the pool and relaxing outside areas being superb! Additionally being able to have a short walk to the lake shore and the village was exactly what was required, driving over from Scotland. Our host Matteo was very helpful and supplied an excellent starter set of hints and tips for the area. I'd highly recommend this property for a relaxing base at Lake Como.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Tremezzo. The apartment was very comfortable and the owner could not have been more attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property for any visitors to the Lake District of Italy. All ratings were five stars with the exception of a four star rating on location. This is ONLY because the property is on a hillside and the walk from the town of Tremezzo to the apartment is a bit steep. If you struggle to walk up hills, this will be a bit of a challenge without a car. Otherwise, it's only a short walk from the apartment to and from restaurants and ferries which will have you in Bellagio or Varenna in minutes.The apartment easily accommodates three couples, or six adults. There were three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully functioning kitchen. The back patio was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is parking for two cars right at the rear entrance to the apartment, very functional WiFi throughout the apartment, and even access to a washing machine. Again, the owner is very friendly and accommodating, and was very accessible for assistance throughout our stay. I can highly recommend this property to any couples, groups or couples, or families. I think you will be very happy with your stay here.

No better view!

We loved the location ( just south of Menaggio) Excellent local restaurants in walking distance. Ferry and boat rentals also waking distance. The view and the grounds were both breathtaking. the church bells were also quite pleasant. The 3bd unit was quite sufficient and beds were comfortable. huge living space, large sofa, smart TV, your own outdoor patio and yard. The pool was great. large and refreshing. The hot tub was crystal clear and only warm not hot. Things I wish I knew: there was no shuttle offered or taxi to the unit and it was a hike, up hill, to get there pushing and dragging my luggage. Big drawback for me (65 with a bad back) The out door lounge chairs all seemed to be broken, but a few. Not many essentials (toilet paper, spices, paper towels, trash bags and such) The downstairs mildew smell was bad. opened all the windows and that helped. All in all, it was a great place, and would stay again (but rent a car this time)

Perfekte Entspannung in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben die Anlage im August 2021 besucht. Es handelt sich um leicht versetzt gebaute Reihenhäuser mit jeweils einer FEWO im Obergeschoss und einer im Erdgeschoss (eine Ausnahme bildet das dem Tal am nächsten gelegene Reihenhaus, dass als gesamte Einheit vermietet wird). Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss gemietet, die mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ausgestattet ist. Hier ist anzumerken, dass zwei der drei Schlafzimmer + ein Bad im Keller liegen (auf der FEWO-Direkt Webseite elegant als "Untergeschoss" bezeichnet) und nur über einen Lichtschacht mit Tageslicht versorgt werden. Diese zwei Zimmer sind deutlich weniger attraktiv, als die im EG gelegenen Räume, zumal dort ein kellertypischer Geruch wahrzunehmen ist. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön bepflanzt, die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und man kann sich sehr gut mit mehreren Personen auf der Terasse aufhalten und hat einen wunderschönen Blick über Bäume und Büsche bis zum See und auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Matteo ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und kümmert sich um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste in der Anlage. Eion kleiner Fußweg führt in den Ort hinab direkt zum Fähranleger, so dass man ohne das Auto zu benutzen z.B. nach Bellagio fahren kann. Im Ort gibt es einige gute Restaurants, uns hat Casa AquaDulza gefallen (ausgezeichnetes Craft Beer :-) )

Erg goed!

Erg mooi appartement in een leuke omgeving. Het appartement is erg groot en schoon. Verder heeft het een groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht. De eigenaar was erg aardig en stond 24/7 voor zijn gasten klaar. Daarnaast kan je vanuit Tremezzo naar allerlei leuke plekken.

Fantastic residence

Enjoyed a wonderful time here. Tremezzo residence worked out superbly for my family, spacious accomodation which is well appointed and immaculately presented, we enjoyed taking dips in the huge pool and took full advantage of the jacuzzi and sauna of an evening. The location is very quiet so made for a perfect relaxing break. Matteo was the perfect host, meeting us on arrival and recommending and booking restaurants for us. It was nice to have a local english speaking italian to help us out when required, nothing was too much trouble for him. Tremezzo is a wonderful location with superb cafe and wine bars, restaurants, shops, two ferry stops and all amenities within walking distance. Will definitely return.
