Your request for an early departure refund was related to the cancellation of your sporting event. Unfortunately, changes to reservation length must follow the booking agreement and cannot be made unilaterally, which is why we were unable to offer compensation. Regarding the temporary lighting issue in two bedrooms, this occurred after unusually heavy weekend rain when an electrician was not immediately available. Our on-site representative provided auxiliary lighting right away, and the issue was fully resolved the next business day. The villa’s remaining three bedrooms and all other spaces—including bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, garden, and pool—remained fully functional throughout your stay. For the ant concern, our representative found food left uncovered in the kitchen overnight, which attracted insects. This was promptly cleaned and resolved. We are proud of the high standard of comfort and service we offer and are grateful to the many guests who have enjoyed our villas. We will continue doing our utmost to ensure wonderful and memorable stays for all visitors.
