This condo was super clean and super spacious. Great location on the first floor to be able to access pool amd beach faster. Huge balcony. Will definitely be our go to condo from now on and will be recommending for friends and family! Also Jaime was great!

Great location

Stayed here with the whole family, (7 adults and 1 baby) and being able to go down steps straight to the pool was fantastic. 4 great large patio chairs to watch the sunset! Inside family area was spacious and had plenty of comfy sofa seating for our large group which. Jaime was great at responding immediately to questions and concerns, which we really appreciated.I gave this a 4 star rating because there were a few minor things in the apartment that disappointed us compared to other Rocky Point VRBO's we have stayed in.We love to eat on the patio, but the outside dining table only had 3 chairs so we had to eat indoors (indoor hightop table was good tho). Most of the bedside table lamps were decorative only as they were nowhere near an outlet- extension cords to allow them to work would have been nice. Main patio door was SO stiff it took 2 people to open it - called maintenance and they managed to loosen it off a little. Fridge veg drawer was badly cracked so we couldn't use it for fear of it completely breaking. Really appreciated there being a washer and dryer, but no laundry detergent? Not a deal breaker but would have been helpful to have even a little bottle? No water pressure/hot water in some bathroom faucets on arrival so maintenance fixed that too.(I always think owners should stay a night in their own properties so they can see it from the renter's perspective) We really enjoyed our stay, but felt the property just needed a little bit of love and attention.

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful and spacious condo. Very convenient that it was on the first floor because I was able to watch my teens kids from the balcony. Super clean! Also, Jaime was very prompt at responding to all my messages. We just booked to stay here next weekend!

Beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for our family. Everyone had a bed and everyone had room to spread out. We love staying on the bottom floor for the ease of access to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is well maintained and stocked. Maintenance is quick to respond (our fridge was warm) and communication was excellent

Great location, needs work

This was a great 1st floor location however. Needs maintenance work, major cleaning and updating....the floors were filthy with sand and human hair in main living area and master bathroom upon arrival. A kitchen light bulb was out, master bedroom closet light bulb out. We had to call several times to get this taken care of. The front bedroom had no drapes to cover sliding glass doors, drapes found in closet and had to be rigged up because curtain rode hook was broken and not there. Bathroom shower handles extremely difficult to turn on and sliding glass doors very difficult to slide open and closed.

Family Reunion getaway

Perfect ground floor location for our family’s belated Father’s Day get together. The entire process from reservation to checkout was seamless! I gave 4 stars for checkin process because of the crowds and lengthy process to write out every ones name and DOB. I’ve rented from Jaime before and look forward to it again in the future.

Can’t beat a ground unit!

Overall it was what we expected. The ground unit allows for easy pool access which is appreciated having kids. There were a few minor issues such as one of the shower valves is very difficult to control, likely needs replacing and the glass shower door doesn’t close all the way likely needing a realignment. But these don’t affect our enjoyment. Would stay again.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay at this Las Palmas condo. The ground floor access was a great feature. The condo was clean and spacious. Communication with the host was fast; and it was nice to call the front desk if we needed anything. The resort amenities are some of the best on Sandy Beach. We will definitely be back!!
