私たちの美しいレイクハウスは広々として魅力的に装飾されています。 広いキッチン/ダイニングエリアは、家の中央のスペースである明るいリビングルームと相性が良く、高さ約6メートルの天井、暖炉、絵の窓があり、自然環境の美しい景色を望めます。湖。

本館には5つの居心地の良いベッドルームがあり、各部屋には2つのシングルベッドがあり、まとめて配置することも、別々に配置することもできます。 バスルームは2つあります。 1つはシャワーとトイレ、もう1つはシャワー、洗濯機とトイレ付きです。

Great place

We were a family of 8 1 child 1 dog. Great place to stay if you want to be a bit remote with no traffic or noizy surroundings. Be aware that the nearest well assorted supermarket is close to a 20 km drive.

Beautiful wooden house in silent nature

Amazing house with hot tub. All was good and clean, maybe a nice espressomachine instead filtered caffee would be nice. The surroundings and location are amazing. We would like to come back.

Amazing lake house with lots of space

The lakehouse we stayed in was amazing. Although it was pouring with rain, we still enjoyed our stay very much. The owners welcomed us and were really helpful in the process leading up to our stay. The only disadvantage could be the distance to several larger cities. Especially if the ski slopes are closed. On the other hand, the nature (forests) is really nice.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Von hier aus waren schöne Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung incl. Badestrände gut erreichbar. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie ein Bäcker sind in Vaxtorp (mit dem Auto) schnell erreichbar. Für uns 7 Personen Hund genau das Richtige. Kim als Eigentümer, kompetenter Ansprechpartner und "Facility Manager" war schnell zur Stelle, wenn es ein Problem gab.Fazit: ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus.

Ein Traumhaus für die große Familie

Wir hatten mit 10 Personen aus 3 Generationen von Anfang 20 bis über 80 eine wunderbare Familienzeit in diesem tollen, großzügigen Haus, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt, der kleine See ein Highlight.

FAMILY MEETING en terre natale

Le but était de réunir toute la Famille, Parents, Enfants et Petite-enfants sur la terre des ancêtres. Nous venions de France, Suisse, Singapour, Canada, mission accomplie avec succès dans ce magnifique et sauvage endroit au milieu de nulle part, dans une très belle nature. La Lake House a plu à tous. Merci à Suzanne et Kim pour leur présence discrète et agréable, mais efficace.

Super Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr modern und gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit vielen liebevollen Details. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer hat eine tolle und warme kuschlige Atmosphäre geschaffen. Der Hot Tub war unser abendliches Highlight mit Blick auf den See! Kim, unser Vermieter hat uns super mit Holz ausgestattet und versorgt. Mit ausreichenden Sitzgelegenheiten für unsere Gruppe mit 9 Personen, Innen wie Außen auf der Terasse. Auch in der Küchenausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben regelmäßig für uns alle gekocht. Einfach toll! Die Autos stehen sicher auf dem Grundstück. Einzigsten Verbesserungsvorschlag den wir haben, wäre eine Info in der Hausbeschreibung, dass die 2 Zimmer auf der Galerie offen sind und keine Türen zum restlichen Haus haben, das wäre gut zu wissen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist von der Anfrage bis hin zur Abwicklung stets sehr freundlich und zuverlässig gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Wir können das Ferienhaus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Hela stora familjen fick plats & kunde samlas i detta fina hus! Bra & stora umgängesytor, älskade det stora matsalsbordet, och den öppna planlösningen. Vi spenderade en dag i äventyrsparken Kungsbygget ca 1,5 km från huset. Höghöjdsbana & zipline & korvgrillning. Kan rekommenderas! Alla var supernöjda med helgen!

Birthday present for mother in law, vacation with full family

Great location for family vacation, great new house, perfect location for relaxing, quiet in the forest. Using the hot tub in the evening/night is great for coming down and relaxing. House is fully equipped and enough space even if you need some time for your self. Shopping is 7 minutes away. The seaside you can reach in half an hour. For the kid's is nearby an adventure park. Communication with Susanne and Kim was perfect an uncomplicated. Payment of extra costs (wood, electricity) could be done via card at the checkout.

Kim and I are from Copenhagen, Denmark, so I would say we have the best from two worlds, the city life and the life close to beautiful nature in Sweden. We started our rental business, in 2007, when we built the first house. Today we have 75 beds in 9 houses.
The most important thing for us is to give our guests an unforgettable holiday where we and our team ensure that everything inside the house and outside, lives up to our high standards. We try to give our guests the feeling of beeing in a home away from home.
It means a lot to us, that we have the communikation with the guest, before, under and after the stay. We try to be invisible, but we can fix any problem for our guests during their stay, and if needed we can come by the house at short notice.

The scenerie just outside the house is stunning no matter the season. The forest that surrounds the houses and our area in the most enchanting way, is just a little part of what we love by Sweden, not to mention the birds singing, the smell of forest and the peace.
Within a short drive you can drive downhill biking, at Kungsbygget adventure park and Vallaasen too. If you love to go fishing from lake, from the coast or from the river, you come to the right place. The area is perfect for hiking and much more. Not to mention all the high quality golf courses you find close to. In the summertime we have ATP and WTA tennis tour in Båstad. Some of the best beaches in Sweden, you find only a short drive from the house too.

The house has a great focus on interior design and comfort, and is a perfect place to gather your family or friends for a nice holiday. The big dining - living room invites to enjoy and have a nice time together. From the outdoor hottub, you have the view to the lake, and if you are lucky it is possible to see a deer or maby a moose. The large terrace is perfect for playing and barbecue.
We have our own well that draws drinking water from a debth of 140 meters, delivering the purest spring water that tastes fantastic and is completely free of limescale.
